Chapter 32: :Break From Battle

After Jack had defeated the Demon Beetle King, he had earned a significant amount of money from the Association. He decided to treat himself to some new clothes, but all the clothes he purchased had a similar color – black.

He was on a long sleeve black coat and a black trouser while he wore a black shirt inside the coat and his black shoe.

He walked down the street heading towards the Association Headquarters when he accidentally bumped into a girl.

'hufff...

He caught her hand, and as she looked up at him, he became lost in her beautiful brown eyes. Her name was Mariana, and she was dressed similarly to Jack, except her sleeve coat was brown and a white canvas.

Before Mariana could express her annoyance at being bumped into, their eyes locked, and they just stood there looking at each other.
