The first and most logical thing he did was to properly undertand what his abilities entailed and what limit they held.

It was by going deeper and deeper into his own abitlies that Eli found an even more interesting thing.

At the time, he wasn't even looking for it, he was still only looking for ways to become an Overlord.

During his experiments, he'd gotten an idea.

What if he connected himself to every different version of himself that existed from the moment he was born?

He divided his experiment into multiple parts.

The first would work in days.

This meant that every version of him that had existed for 24 hours in the past, would count as a different version of him.
