A few days went by since my breakdown to Dom. I haven't seen him much, Addi says he's busy but I know he's avoiding me. He's probably just as confused as I am right now. I didn't even realise I was into boys that way. I see the way Addi looks at me and I feel bad because there's nothing there for me. I feel a connection with her, just not the way she wants.

/"Are you excited about your birthday?/" I asked her as we sat at her kitchen table. It's their birthday tomorrow and they're having a massive joint birthday party to celebrate. They'll shift and be able to find their mates, I'm excited for them but I can't say I'm not a little jealous, that they'll be getting wolves.
