Chapter 45: Chapter Forty Five

Arya.

When we get into our bedroom, I am on the edge of both sweet anticipation and nervousness. I can't tell why I am nervous but that is how I feel.

I fling my arms around Logan's neck, beyond ecstatic, and smile at him, cramming every bit of joy I feel into it.

"You were so great tonight. That speech you gave, wow," he says and kisses my cheek. "I noticed how everyone's eyes adored you back there."

"I was only hoping to impress you," I mouth out the words.

"Is that so?" his answering grin is scorching, completely in tune with the hunger in his eyes and his impatient erection.

He cocks his head to the side to kiss my neck.

"I think you are overdressed for what I have next on our agenda," he murmurs against my ear.

In a blink of an eye, he works on getting me out of my gown. I fumble to get him out of his suit, but he just carries on on his own.
