Write a reviewThis fanfic is slow paced. This does not mean it's bad however. the author does well in putting in and crafting their parallel narrative with showcasing how Harry's life has developed to this point.
Slow paced but excellent work, Great writing skills and excellent dialogue work, Got to be the best HP fanfic work I've seen.... Shows the cruelty that might have even been reality in canon if it was explored to the utmost detail.... 👍👍🫡👍👍
The story is well written although slow paced. In short, Harry Potter is in his 5th year and he wants to escape the machinations of dark Dumbledore. The story before the 5th year doesn't exactly follow the canon, it's darker for Harry. He was manipulated by Dumbledore his entire life and by his proxies : the Weasleys and Hermione during his school years. But so far it's only bashing these above mentioned characters and there's not much action, it's only good to read if you want dirt on these characters. Maybe there will be more to say once there are more chapters.
The writing is very well done though the character design needs some work and the pacing is very slow. World Background isn't done well as the plays made aren't set up in a way for the readers to understand without being spoonfed the answer. Some liberties were also taken with the Goblins and made them scared of Petunia's ability to mouth off at them.
