Chapter 16: Chapter 16: Antecedent
Harry and Larry were waiting for Dumbledore in his office. Larry was waiting to fight with Dumbledore but Harry knew that Dumbledore will have his own reasons. Larry ran to Dumbledore when he entered his room.
"Do you know Uncle Sirius is alive and he is in the hands of Voldemort?" Larry asked Dumbledore.
"Yes I know Larry" Dumbledore smiled.
"Then why didn't you save him? Why you left him there to rot in the hands of voldemort?" Harry got angry.
"Dark Lord can only have spies huh?" Dumbledore winked at them.
"He was hurt. That Peter Pettegrew tortured him. This isn't fair" Larry glared at Dumbledore.
"Ah. I used some enchantment spells to protect him from physical and mental pain"
"But what if Voldemort killed him? Did you spelled anything to save his life?" Larry raised her voice.
"I would admit one thing Larry, you're a brave girl. But—"
"You're a dumb Larry. Voldemort's plan is not to kill Sirius, it's a trap" Harry said.
"So, it is his master plan?" Larry outraged.
"Exactly Larry" Dumbledore agreed.
"It means he knew, he knew that we'll go there"
"Absolutely, everyone will start from where it was left off"
"Did you knew any information? Sirius told anything that weakens Voldemort" Harry asked in eager.
"Yes. He usually tells about some sacrifice thing—"
"We handled it" Larry got bored.
Harry started to explain but Dumbledore interrupted him.
"I knew it. I was about to say something else"
"What? Do you know that we went to Godric's hollow?" Larry wondered.
"Yes. Severus told me"
"Did he followed us?"
"No. He have this Marauder and GoHome Maps that will show all the details of path and person. When Larry came out of the forest frightened, Severus was watching all of you. Then he saw that you four vanishing from your dormitory. He have this GoHome Map that show details of Godric's Hollow, he guessed that you would have gone there. He told me that we should come there. I stopped him, I knew you were doing the right thing" Dumbledore finished.
"He knew when Larry went there?" Harry asked in furious.
"No. He thought that you all would be scared and will not go anywhere. So he never kept eyes on you"
"I don't like anyone spying on me. How could he?" Larry shouted.
"You want revenge on your god father? Let have a sweet revenge" Dumbledore pulled them into a dark, cold and narrow room.
Twins looked in confusion.
"How about you spy on them? Want to know about the past?" Dumbledore examined the shelves that had glass bottles with white liquid. He picked up the liquid and poured in the basin that stood at the centre of the room. He signalled them to jump in it.
Harry peered and he was pulled by the basin. He gripped Larry's hand and both of them were went inside like an elasticized rubber. They reached in a grass field.
A girl who looked like Larry came crying. She sat under the tree and cried without making any sound.
"Lily Evans" Larry whispered in Harry's ear.
"Evans in the sense, Petunia Evan's sister, our mother?" Harry said in low voice.
They both watched.
A boy with black hair and innocent smiled walked towards her.
"Snape?!" Harry rolled his eyes.
"Our uncle Harry" Larry sounded in annoyance.
Lily Evans smiled at Snape and asked "Could you please teach me how to control this?"
A yellow flower bloomed in her palms.
"You don't want to control it. You should embrace it Lily. I'll teach you that"
"Wow Harry. One day Severus told me the same thing to me"
"Severus? You two became close to call with first name?" Harry annoyed her.
Lily Evans and Severus Snape talked until the dark.
"I'm scared of dark, Severus" Lily said.
Severus plucked a flower from the nearby plant and told something. The flower glowed like a light.
"Lumos spell" Harry grinned.
"You sound like Moine" Larry chuckled.
"Go home safe Lily" Severus told and gave the glowing flower to Lily.
"Will you accompany me?" Lily asked.
They walked to Lily's farm house. Harry and Larry followed them.
"I am sure you'll get the letter from Hogwarts" Severus told Larry and hugged her before leaving.
"Who is he Lily? Is he also crazy like you?" Petunia Evans shouted at her.
"Don't involve in my life Nia"
"I am your twin sister. I've the rights to involve"
"But you don't have any rights to talk about my friends"
"Will you kill me if I did?" Petunia raised her eyebrows.
"Stop it Nia. Don't hurt your sister" A beautiful lady who is young to be a mother of 11 year old girls said.
"Dad. Will you support me on this?" Petunia asked.
"I wanted to. But behaving rude to your sister is not good. You should apologize Nia" a man with black hair told.
Petunia apologized in rude voice.
"Lil, forgive your sister" Mrs. Evans told her.
Lily rolled her eyes and smiled at her sister.
"They're like us. Always hating each other" Larry told.
"Yeah. You behave like aunt. I forgive you like our Mom" Harry smiled at her.
When everyone left for bed. Lily found the Hogwarts letter in her bed. Severus sent an owl saying he will help to buy things.
Larry dragged Harry to peer at Petunia's bedroom. They found her crying.
"Why is she always special? I thought that boy was coming around to see me. But he became friend with Lily. Even Mom and Dad loves her. She got magic. She got friends. She got all the kindness from Mom and Dad. What did I do? Why was I always unlucky? I hate this life. I hate Lily" Petunia cried softly.
"She hates us because she hates our Mom. She was jealous of her" Harry whispered.
"It's not her fault Harry" Larry pitied her aunt.
The twins were standing in 9-3/4th platform. Petunia was seeing Severus but he was busy in talking with Lily. The Evans family bid her bye.
Severus and Lily were sitting in a compartment when a boy with round glasses came inside. He looked exactly like Harry except the scar. The other boy followed him.
"Hi. I'm James Potter. And this is Sirius Black, my friend" he shook hands with Lily and Severus.
Another boy with long front teeth came.
"Um… I'm Peter Pettegrew. Shall I sit here? Everyone is teasing me for this" he showed his tooth.
When James and Sirius laughed.
"It's not so fun" Lily glared and asked Peter to sit with them.
Severus sorted into Slytherin. Sirius in Ravenclaw. Peter in Hufflepuff. Lily and James sorted in Gryffindor.
Severus pleaded with the sorting hat to put him in the Gryffindor but it refused.
"This hat is a damn brainless fellow" Larry whispered.
"He have brain but I don't know where he have it!!" Harry rolled his eyes.
Harry and Larry were dragged into a quidditch ground. They saw James and Lily playing in Gryffindor and Severus for Slytherin. Severus was a keeper in Slytherin. He blocked all the quaffles as Lily did the same for Gryffindor.
After the game ended, Severus went to meet Lily. James blocked his way and warned him to not meet Lily.
"Let her say that, it's not your rights to say it. I didn't come to meet you" Severus pushed him away.
When James pulled out his wand and pointed at Severus, Lily stopped James.
"Hey. Whatever you two having trouble. Keep it aside. I don't want any chaos here" Lily stood between James and Severus.
Sirius, Peter, Lily, James and Severus become a gang. However the fight over Lily between James and Severus never stopped. The group hung out and broke all the school rules and found about the Dark Lord. They took an oath that they would stop him.
"We'll stop him from ruling the magic world and destroying the muggle world" Lily told the group who were sitting in the bench in Castle grounds.
"Whatever it takes" everyone stood and shouted.
"But it doesn't include those who don't have enough magic" James smirked at Severus.
Severus muttered "Evanesco" and waved his wand at James who moved instantly and it hit the bench's legs they were sitting earlier. The legs of the bench vanished.
"Vanishing spell?" Sirius wondered.
"Let me do an upgrade for the bench" Lily rolled up her sleeves and whispered "Etirer"
"Stretch spell!! That's awesome" Severus high-fived with Lily.
"Oh now it will expand or shrink according to the people sits in this bench. That's great" James wondered.
"And it'll stand without legs!!! That's wonderful huh" Peter asked and James glared at him.
