Sure enough, Madam Wu's face turned red as drops of sweat started trickling down her forehead and the cheek to the chin before falling on the floor. 

"How dare you!" Madam Wu shouted. "That was– That was just an allegation. I will sue you for making unfounded allegations–"

"Go ahead," Mo Qiang said with a smirk as she was not worried about the consequences. Who was scared of who anyway? She was not the one who was hiding any skeletons in her closet, if there was someone who needed to worry about an investigation it was Madam Wu and the rest. 

With a sweet smile on her lips, Mo Qiang said to Madam Wu, "Once the investigation is started, everything will come out in the open, right?" 

She was no longer just a commoner but an official who alone wielded the power to turn the entire situation of the Imperial Star around even an idiot would know to stand next to her much less Fu Zhao who was the Empress.
