"What are you looking at?" Ding Nuannuan asked with a soft smile on her face.

Lang Ru looked at the young girl who was smiling at her and turned her head to the side. She shook her head and replied, "Nothing." She then turned to look at Yu Mai and said to him, "Instead of the riverside, let us go to the small stream. The river is still too deep for us, we cannot go there alone." 

"I got it," Yu Mai nodded as he led the small group of children to the stream, while Lang Ru turned to look at Ding Nuannuan. Her sharp eyes stared at the little girl before remarking, "Thats a cute doll." 

She then turned on her feet and walked away leaving Ding Nuannuan to stand where she was and hug her doll tightly.

On the other side at the army camp, 

Xian Zhilan sat inside her camp while looking down at the reports that were brought to her.
