Chapter 55: Chapter 52: Arrival [Leon]

"Ugh! I hate this!" Leon exclaimed while the boat he was on swayed back and forth. He didn't have Daisy to cast that spell to make him not get seasick, so he had spent the first few moments throwing up. The partial transformation into a Werewolf had Heightened his senses, but that came with the drawback of making him seasick. The caravan was okay enough, but the swaying of a boat, or ship would set him off. It got so bad immediately after they got on the ship that Daisy had to cast a potent cure spell on him. It had sadly run out when he arrived and no one on the ship knew how to perform it, so he had to tough it out. It had been quite a trip waking up as a different person and having to navigate through what was currently going. He was Menelaus and was on route to try to take down Troy.

"We see land and so we'll be setting up camp soon." One of the soldiers shouted from the deck. Leon had spent most of his time in bed since he didn't have much to do after finding out what he could. The other ships were too far to learn any new information and jumping that distance would attract too much attention. So in the meantime he decided to catch up on some Z's.

"My king, we will be going to war if they do not release Helen, correct?"

"Yes, we will indeed." Leon said in the most regal voice he could do. Once the soldier left, he just went back to bed to take a nap.

'Damnit, where the hell is everyone? Am I going to be stuck fighting the godsdamn Trojan War? I better not, or I'm kicking the ass of…hmm Davis..yeah Davis..when I get out of this dungeon!' Leon imagined himself beating up Davis for no real reason aside from his own saltiness.

"We've landed!" Leon jumped out his bed and sprinted to their destination ready for anything, maybe even a battle, but was instead met with a bunch of people setting up tents. The Trojans weren't even outside. They were in the safe haven provided to them by the walls surrounding them. He felt a wave of boredom hit him again, but decided to try to find anyone else. His search consisted of very strange and long amounts of staring before someone stared back at him.

"Sorry man, but I don't swing that way." The voice was slightly different, but that sarcasm could only be one person, Jay.

"Jay…that's you right?" Said person nodded before taking a step back.

"Yeah, but my statement still stands." Leon deadpanned before they heard a commotion outside.

"Oh yeah! I'll show you why I'm the strongest warrior here!" A roar-like shout came from one of the tents housing the soldiers as Jay and Leon went to check it out. Leon had a sneaking suspicion only one person could be this loud and obnoxious at such a random time. A man standing taller than them, but younger, was sitting down arm wrestling with the other fighters. He hadn't lost yet, but the way he smiled reminded them of a certain crazy swordsman.

"Can I have a turn?" Leon raised his hand to make sure the man knew exactly who challenged him.

"Sure, I just hope you're ready to lose."

"Please, haven't you ever heard of the story about the plumber and the princess?" The man lost his smile before it came back with full force.

"I think I was told it once by a friend."

"Then, you know that you're gonna lose this match." Both Leon and Valor placed their arms on the barrel before Jay counted them down.

"3….2…..1...….go!"
