Chapter 5: Chapter 5: Breakfast (Leon)
"Wake up," Leon said. "It's already noon."
"No," Jay said covering his head in his blankets.
"Ow, I hit my elbow on the wall!"
"Insane bro let's get going." Leon kicked his other elbow.
Jay seemed to have heard Valor's pain and got up, as he was already in his cloak when Leon looked back at him, "Well then… should we get going."
Valor stood up and kicked Leon's shin, "That's for my other elbow!"
"Funny mans. Come on we gotta go back to the guild hall." Leon scowled.
"Mens," Jay corrects as he walks out
"Can't we just go on another adventure? We got all that we needed already." Valor suggested.
"It would be nice if those girls joined our party."
"Definitely, but still we can survive on our own for a bit."
"They probably left by now if we're late." Valor started to go back to sleep.
Leon pulled up Valor saying, "No, we have to leave now anyways."
"Fine, but you have to buy me some steak."
"No, we can have a small breakfast, but steak is kinda expensive if you haven't noticed,"
"Do we have all the right supplies for the trip? Like enough food?"
"We'll manage," Valor butted in.
"Ok so I'm going to get enough food for 5 people for a week, just in case," Jay says as the other 2 enters the guild hall. "I'm going to go buy food, you guys get some breakfast," leaving the other two to do whatever.
"Cmon, let's go meet up with them," Leon said.
"How about you stay there and I'll order breakfast," Valor says as he goes to the tavern. "Want anything"
"You know what, screw it let's just go together. This way they know we worth waiting for."
"Damn straight!" They high-fived and left to order. The two finished eating after a while.
"Well that was a nice lunch now."
"I'm completely stuffed. It's time to head out to see if the girls will join us."
Leon saw the two by the entrance talking to Jay.
"Well you guys took your time, I've been here for like 5 minutes talking to these two," Jay says pointing at Eunice and Daisy.
"Well we had some time and there was just so much amazing food." Valor patted his stomach.
"You could've joined us?"
"Not really, they don't exactly have parking for horses and caravans. I'm broke now, but hey that's fine… How much money do you guys have left now?"
"*Cough*...funny story man...uh we kind of… we were very hungry, so….we kind of spent it all on the food." Valor turned away from Jay.
"Treat ourselves that's the motto we live by." Leon nodded.
With an audible facepalm, Jay looked over to the girls, "Maybe you should rethink your idea of joining us."
"Uhhh… I think we can make more money in the next town," Daisy says.
"Wow she's super smart!" Valor pointed at her.
"So what's our next goal." Leon asked.
"Well I was hoping to head to Megali Ville, there's someone I have to meet there." Eunice says, hoping into the back of the caravan.
"Sounds good to me," as he entered the back of the caravan, he noticed it was big enough to fit all of them if they wanted to, but due to the food, they couldn't all lay down comfortably.
"I want to ride a horse."
"Val I trust you. Trust that you'll drive us off a cliff, so that's why I'm driving," Valor reluctantly got into the caravan.
