Lucas's brow furrowed even more, until he could distinguish between anger and confusion. "Lord Andonia deserves to die, he ruined the life of an old, non-wizard man. But why is Toby involved in the death as well?"
His blue eyes glanced to the side and saw Moran's head bowed so low that it covered his sad eyes. Lucas patted Moran's shoulder, comforting his cousin who was overcome with grief. He watched as Moran let out a long sigh, depressed by the events that had just transpired.
"Toby sacrificed too much, he can't let his sacrifice go in vain," he said quietly.
"I know, Lucas. But this all feels so heavy." Moran bowed his head even lower.
Lucas saw Eric return unsuccessfully. "I'm sorry, Prince Lucas. I lost track of them."
