Chapter 858: Illusion

Eric Griffith raised his head and looked at Leonardo with a frown. 

"Leonardo…" Eric's expression turned serious as Leonardo was a serious threat to his life. "Since you're going to kill me, let's see whether you can kill me or not." 

He clapped his hands as several spikes came out of the ground, piercing Valerie. 

Valerie's armor stopped the spikes effortlessly, but the crack on the chest plate became a bit bigger due to one spike hitting on the exact spot.

After that, Valerie slashed all the spikes with her spear before releasing a beam of light toward Eric to hold him back. 

Eric extended his hand forward and stopped the beam of light with his Magic Power.

However, this attack was meant to cover Leonardo's attack. Two knights on top of the horses appeared out of thin air and charged forward, thrusting their spear toward Eric's head.
