Chapter 68: Caroline Olivia Escarte

[Caroline's POV]

It has been two weeks since Michael lost consciousness. Every day, I take care of his body, massaging it from every point so that his muscles won't freeze due to inactivity. 

'He will wake up right?' I questioned as I looked at his ever so still body. Sleeping peacefully without any care of the world.

"Sister. Any news?" asked Alex as he entered the room where Michael and I were. He looked at the sleeping Michael for a while as he joked,"should I kiss him? Maybe he will wake up after getting a kiss from a prince?"

"Already did that," I spoke in a dejected tone.

"Huh?" Alex.

"Huh?" 

"I.. I should go then," he spoke before running away from the room in a bit of panic. Though right after a few seconds he came back running in the same manner, he ran away.

"Almost forgot. Gramps is calling you. He said that it's about time…" he spoke with a smile before he ran back.
