Chapter 78: Resting Days II

"Very well… This week is a special week for you guys from another kingdom. The Aethelgard students are actually on holiday since the academy will be used… for another group of blessed students."

Duny nudged Marco with his elbow, a mischievous glint in his eye. "See, Marco? What did I tell you? They must have gotten a day off because of us… blessed students, you hear that?"

Marco, still flustered but relieved to have an explanation, mumbled a reluctant, "R-Right."

"And don't you get it? You shouldn't be wandering into places you're not supposed to be."

Marco and Duny exchanged a panicked glance, then looked back at her. "Umm... no?" they mumbled in unison.

The student council member scoffed. "Huh... figures. That idiot probably forgot to mention it. Whatever. You two can go. Just try to stay out of trouble, alright?"

Marco and Duny, relieved to be dismissed, bobbed their heads in rapid succession.
