"Oh, you're a boxer?" Marco boomed, a hint of surprise in his voice. He scanned Jean, taking in the lack of armour.

"With magic," Jean replied with a smirk, flexing his bandaged hands. "But call it what you like. It won't save you."

"Well, I'm an MMA fighter. Let's see how your fancy boxing skills hold up against a more… versatile opponent." He pulled on a pair of thick, fingerless MMA gloves, tightening the straps with a determined snap.
