Chapter 663: Half-mutation?

Seeing the expression of the powerhouses, Jason didn't feel like bidding anymore. 

This feeling only intensified when he heard the price at which the bidding of the Grand Spirit eggs began.

"10 superior cultivation stones at the Ascendion rank...that's..everything I have…!" He blurted out without realising, which caused Jennifer to look at Jason in astonishment as she mumbled,

"Where the hell did you suddenly obtain such wealth from!? Didn't you ask me to lend you 100 large-sized Ascendion rank cultivation stones? That's equal to just one superior cultivation stone!!"

Jason barely heard this and turning his head, he smiled teasingly at her. Trying to ease himself of the pressure around him he answered her,

"Well, to be precise, most of it is from you, or the City Lord!" The answer only confused Jennifer further which made Jason grin again. He was beginning to grow fond of their playful banter.
