Mingquan flicked his fingers in the middle of Lin Jiao's forehead and she cried out in pain. She looked at her in bewilderment and asked him why he did that. 

"To bring your thoughts to one place," Mingquan said and moved back. 

Lin Jiao rubbed her forehead. "Since you are a prince, that's why I forgive you," she mumbled and sat on the bed. 

"The Fourth Prince should leave for the palace," Lin Jiao told him. 

"I cannot," Mingquan said. 

"Why?" 

"I have to go somewhere," Mingquan answered. Before he could speak further, they both heard the voice. 

"Miss Lin, Young Master Bai Jue has come to see you," the servant spoke from outside the room. 

Mingquan and Lin Jiao looked at each other. 

"Why is he here?" Lin Jiao mumbled. "I don't want to see him," she stated. 

"Lin Jiao, let me see you once. I have something to tell you," Bai Jue said from outside the room.
