More months and seasons passed, eventually reaching the early February of the second year Lucas was in London. The wintry month marked the end of his service.

Throughout the two years, Lucas grew more as a person. He learned valuable lessons during his stay in the country far from home, including honing his skills.

The pale winter sun cast a soft, golden light over the city. Standing opposite the floor-to-ceiling windows, Lucas gazed upon the scenery he had familiarized himself with over these two years.

Lucas would leave London tomorrow. Most of his belongings were already packed in a few suitcases and boxes. He also deep cleaned the studio apartment, the place where he sought shelter for two years.

He would surely miss this city, the witness of his development for the past eight seasons.
