Chapter 11: Unlocking Chakra (part 1)
'Today is the day I finally get to unlock my chakra.
A week ago I had my birthday, as I finally turned 4. today both Kakashi and I are unlocking our chakra, knowing that I couldn't help but let out an enthusiastic smile.'
"What's wrong with your face? It looks weird,"
Kakashi interrupted Ryuus' dreams.
"What's with you and ruining my mood these days, bro?
Anyway, you're not going to succeed today.
I'm too happy about this. I've been waiting forever to unlock the chakra after this.
You and I are one step closer to being the strongest ninjas."
Kakashi nodded.
"Oh, is that so?" a familiar voice interrupted Ryuu.
He looked out of the window and saw none other than the toad sage and one of the legendary sannins, Jiraiya.
"Jiraiya-sama," Kakashi bowed respectfully.
"Ryuu, bow down, don't you know who this is?"
Kakashi whispered.
"Relax Kakashi Jiraiya-sama is my dad's old friend. He's like family to me,"
He Greeted him.
"Anyway, I came to ask, are you guys ready to go as you know the Hokage will be there but now even the recently appointed leader of the clan wants to see you Ryuu,"
Sigh,
'with all of those in you might as well include him.'
"Jiraiya-sama, is that old fart Danzo going to be there?" Ryuu sounded furious.
His Sharingan even appeared without him knowing. "Calm down Ryuu, he is a village elder after all," he said calmly.
"That doesn't matter! Danzo is the scum of the earth to whom I will not be entertaining today. If this ceremony is to continue, it will only be without Danzo Shimura,"
Both Kakashi and Jiraiya's eyes widened.
Ryuu's sudden burst of anger, they all knew that at this point Ryuu wasn't backing down.
Ryuu stormed out of the room, he felt so much anger and hate for Danzo the more he thought about it, the angrier he got, and suddenly that feeling in his eyes was there again.
'They're burning?'
Ryuu looked in the mirror, seeing the tomoe in his eyes spinning around, then finally separating into Two Tomoe.
Ryuu could feel his visual prowess getting stronger. He reached into his eyes with his fingers and said.
"One day I will kill Danzo Shimura for I am Certain that you were involved in my parents' deaths. I'll avenge you,"
He held a picture of himself and his family on his birthday.
Meanwhile, Jiraiya was trying to tell the Hokage what had happened.
"It appears we have a problem, Sarutobi-sensei.
The kid has a problem with Danzo.
He says he won't do the ceremony if Danzo is there," this news disturbed the 3rd but he also expected it.
Jiraiyas' perception was great as well.
He could tell that He knew this would happen.
"Hey old man, what's going on? You can't hide anything from me."
Sigh
Lord third stood up and he took his pipe.
"Jiraiya, sit down and listen to me."
Jiraiya sat down and wondered why his sensei was being so serious suddenly.
Lord third called Anbu to bring him the report on Ryuu's family's incident, he brought it to him, and then he was asked to dismiss anyone near his office immediately.
Lord third tossed the scroll to Jiraiya.
"Read it."
It shocked Jiraiya He Read through the scroll and his eyes widened the more he read through.
"I see, but what does this have to do with Danzo?"
Lord third exhaled some smoke from his pipe and put it down.
"You see Jiraiya, no bodies were found and we all know that those wounds were not self-inflicted, they didn't have any motive for that.
But the strange part was that we found no bodies and we all know those two would never go down without a fight.
The next day, Danzo and some of his root members were spotted burning multiple scrolls, claiming it was "confidential."
I'm sure you've pieced it all together, Jiraiya." he didn't want to believe it.
"so, you're saying that you believe Danzo did it and the kid knows?"
"No, I'm saying I believed it was Danzo all along but after reaching a dead end with the investigation I decided to let it go, until the night before our training session with Ryuu he had a nightmare he was saying "Sarutobi-sensei, I saw the man, I know he killed my parents I will avenge them sensei, I'm sorry I have to kill Danzo."
Jiraiya looked shocked by this.
Jiraiya's eyes widened as he knew why Ryuu reacted the way he did.
"I expected this reaction from Ryuu when Danzo stormed into my office claiming that he wanted to watch him unlock his chakra. I knew his intentions were not going to be good."
"How long, how long will you put up with him, Sarutobi-sensei? When will you decide it's time to let go of Danzo? I understand he's an old friend but…'' Jiraiya asked furiously.
It shocked Lord third to see his students' sudden reaction, but he knew all too well that Jiraiya was right. He couldn't let Danzo get away with this.
"You're right Jiraiya, today we will have a meeting and Danzo will disband the root but before that he will also not be attending the ceremony today, and if he does, I will punish him for disobeying the Hokage's orders."
With that the Hokage called an Anbu and told him to tell Danzo that he will not be attending the ceremony, Jiraiya took off to go tell Ryuu that Danzo that he and his Root members will not be allowed to enter the Hokage estate to watch the ceremony.
Meanwhile, Kakashi was confused as he chased Ryuu.
'Why would Ryuu do something like this? It's unlike him to act this way, something is wrong.'
He ran after him
"Hey Ryuu, wait up!"
He finally caught up to him.
"What's wrong Ryuu? You never get that angry with anyone, so there's no point in trying to hide it from me. I know you too well."
Ryuu just kept quiet, but then he suddenly stopped running and kept his head down.
"You wouldn't understand," he said in a low tone as he clenched his fist.
Tears were dropping from his eyes, and blood was dripping from his hands.
"Kakashi, you won't understand even if I tell you," He said with some frustration in his voice.
"What I don't understand is why you won't tell me. Maybe I can help you. I know you Ryuu, you wouldn't get this angry over something stupid, you don't have to do it alone."
Ryuu looked at him cause he knew he was right.
After a few minutes of silence, Ryuu wiped his tears, looked at Kakashi, and said,
"Follow me." Kakashi nodded and followed Ryuu.
the two of them walked for a while, Ryuu suddenly stopped and said, "we're here"
Ryuu opened his Sharingan and checked if there was anyone near.
"Hey Ryuu, where are we?" Kakashi asked,
After checking that no one was there, Ryuu looked at Kakashi and said.
"This is my old home, but also where it happened, where my parents were killed," he said hesitantly.
"Ryuu, your eyes, they've changed" Kakashi realized Ryuus two tomoe Sharingan and his eyes widened in wonder.
"If you're wondering when I strengthened my Sharingan, it's when we were talking about Danzo with Jiraiya.
It filled me with rage the more we mentioned his name, which is why I brought you here Kakashi,
As you know, they killed both my parents here. By some unknown ninja, I believe Danzo and his secret organization.
The root was involved in the murder of my parents, before we reached our house I felt that someone was staring at me or more like a gaze sent shivers down my spine, the only person who makes me feel that uncomfortable is Danzo.
So I turned back to check if anyone was there, but no one was there, but my father was staying behind.
He activated his three tomoe Sharingan and held his sword.
Long story short, I saw the dead bodies of my parents laying there, I tried to call for help but no one heard so I just cried I tried to wipe my tears but I just ended up spreading the blood in my eyes I felt a burn In my eyes and that's when I fainted, but before I fainted I saw a man with bandages covering his eyes and part of his head and right arm."
Kakashi was shocked by what he had just heard
He whispered "Danzo." to himself
"No way Ryuu, why would Danzo kill your parents?"
Ryuu knew this would happen, but he couldn't blame him. He could only prove himself.
"Think about it my Father is an Uchiha and my Mother is an Uzumaki, not only that but my Father had a Mangekyou Sharingan, he was also a Kage tier ninja and my mother had Really large chakra reserves because of her Uzumaki blood, my father also had large chakra reserves cause he is an Uchiha.
Anyway, my point is that Danzo probably killed them cause he's a coward who felt that he was being threatened or maybe he wanted my father's eyes."
Kakashi only stared at him with disbelief.
"Kakashi, I know you don't believe me but I saw him with my own eyes right before I fainted."
