Chapter 80: The Lost Tower (Last Part)
"Tell me, is that really you, Mukade?! You look like you've put on some weight!" Naruto said.
"Hmph, leave it to hidden leaf shinobi to fill the queen's head with noble nonsense, it's been six years since I saw you! And who's your friend?"
Ryuu pointed his sword at Mukade.
"It doesn't matter who I am."
"I don't know how you got so fat, but as long as you've admitted that you're Mukade, we're not gonna let you get away!"
Naruto said.
Mukade chuckled.
"Mukade, huh? I put that stupid name away a long time ago, I am now lord minister Anrokuzan of Loran and I control this city!"
"Minister my ass!" Ryuu and Naruto said.
"Alright, fine." He controlled his puppets through threads and they attacked the queen.
"I told you my puppet army was finished and now I'll test it out on you!"
Naruto stepped in front of Sara.
"I'll create a path, and then you make a run for it." He said.
"Ok."
"Rasengan!" Naruto made a one-handed Rasengan.
'I see I've taught you well.' Ryuu said as he activated his Sharingan.
"Chidori!" Ryuu made one, and they both destroyed Mukade's puppets.
"Now go on!" Naruto said to Sara.
"Very well then." Mukade gave them a power boost.
'They surrounded Naruto and then trapped us, Naruto was struggling to get them off.'
"The puppet that now surrounds you is siphoning off your chakra." He said.
"Please stop this Anrokuzan."
Anrokuzan stepped forward onto a platform that carried him.
"What are you doing?! Get lost!" Ryuu said as his flames began building up.
"That power..."
"Princess, get lost!" The Flames easily burned through the puppet and freed both him and Naruto.
'I see, now I know who you are…'
"I should've killed you as soon as I killed your mother, but I guess it's safe to say you're the one who helped me the most."
These words frightened Sara.
"You're the one who killed my mother?!"
He smiled.
"Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better puppet than you, Sara, a puppet practically begging to be controlled."
She didn't respond and stood still.
"Sara, you're not a puppet!"
Naruto said before teleporting to her and back.
"Damn hidden leaf shinobi!" He tried attacking Naruto with his puppets, but Ryuu protected him with his flames.
"Kurama, version two!" Red chakra began building up and coating his body.
"Naruto, you're under control, right?"
He nodded.
"Cover me." Naruto took care of the puppets.
Ryuu threw a kunai toward Mukade and teleported to it.
"Phoenix Flame spear!"
Ryuu used his sword to direct Phoenix Flame straight into Mukade's chest.
He fell to the ground.
"Is he dead?" Sara asked, Ryuu shook his head.
He began healing and slowly stood up.
"While I'm In Loran, my power is unlimited."
He said.
"I know, but I can fix that easily."
Ryuu said as he activated his Mangekyou Sharingan.
"You've earned a vacation to my impure world."
He took Mukade and teleported him into his dimension.
"Aaah!" His screams didn't last a second, and he burned from the inside immediately.
Ryuu went back to check on Naruto and Sara, she was freeing the other people.
"Hurry, your families are waiting for you up there."
They followed her and freed the others.
"Ryuu, what was that right now?"
Minato asked.
He and everybody else came when Ryuu was in his dimension.
"The power of my Mangekyou Sharingan."
His eyes widened.
"You've progressed so far and so fast."
He added.
"Boom!" A loud explosion occurred in front of us.
"It can't be." From the smoke, a giant puppet came.
"You think I hadn't prepared for you?!" Mukade said as he climbed out of the floor.
"From the time your friend comes from, you're known worldwide by many names, one of them being the demon in the land of fire, known worldwide and feared by everyone.
Even the five Kage pale compared to you.
You're the sole reason the other great nations don't cross the hidden leaf village.
And I made a clone to take my place if you interfered." Ryuu gritted his teeth.
"I can't waste time with you here, no matter what age you are, you're still a nuisance to me and my plans, let me show you the power of the ley line!"
Steam came out of his puppet and previous parts from the other puppets were moving into his puppet and formed a giant puppet the size of a half Susanoo.
Ryuu gave the rest of the team his flames.
"Naruto, sensei, follow my lead!"
They looked at each other, then nodded.
"Shuriken shadow clone Jutsu!"
The shurikens hit his puppet and revealed a weakness inside it, but it recovered quickly.
"I see… Naruto protect the princess." Minato said.
Naruto nodded and teleported to the princess.
The princess was taking cover with the rest of the people.
"Flying Raijin multiple Slash!" Ryuu threw a kunai and made clones of it, he hit the puppet with a kunai multiple times but nothing happened. It just healed.
"Damn it," Ryuu said.
The princess had locked everyone into the inner guard and came back.
"I found you, Sara!" Mukade said as he crawled on the wall.
Ryuu teleported to her and Naruto.
"Naruto, give me your hand, you're hurt." Ryuu healed Naruto with his flames.
"It's just as I thought, while the source of the ley line remains open, Anrokuzan will have unlimited power, no matter what, I'm gonna have to go shut it down."
She said, and they nodded.
"Yeah, it's up to you," Naruto said.
They ran with her to protect her from Anrokuzan.
"We'll make sure he doesn't follow you!" Naruto and Ryuu slid beneath Anrokuzan.
Ryuu used Phoenix Flame to make a giant fist and sent Anrokuzan's puppet flying with a single punch and Naruto followed it with a Rasengan.
"You brats!" Anrokuzan attacked Naruto with his tail, but he teleported away.
"Ley line dragon fire!" He shot out energy that looked like pink fire, but Ryuu absorbed it all using his sword.
He teleported behind Anrokuzan.
"Chidori!" Ryuu cut a hole inside Anrokuzan and used his arm to cut off his tail with his sword.
"I have an idea!" Naruto said.
"Wind style: Rasenshuriken!" He threw it with one hand and Anrokuzan absorbed it and attacked Naruto.
'luckily I teleported to him before he got hit but the door broke and Anrokuzan headed in.'
Minato teleported to Ryuu and Naruto.
"We have one more move, Ryuu, you and Naruto need to hit him with a Rasengan in his weak spot as soon as I open it up."
They nodded.
"I'll help you out."
'We all formed a giant Rasengan and combined them.'
"How's this possible?" Naruto asked.
"When similar chakra natures work together, this happens.
An ultimate supreme Rasengan!"
Minato said.
'The energy from the Rasengan was so much it surrounded us.'
"Whatever that jutsu is, I'll still send you to hell and Sara's next!"
Anrokuzan said before making a jutsu himself, energy from the ley line struck his puppet and gave him more power.
"Now I shall reveal to you my most powerful Jutsu!"
The middle of his puppet opened up and began loading loads of energy.
"Ley line ultimate dragon fire jutsu!"
He shot out a beam of energy from his stomach they teleported away.
"What?"
Minato jumped up and threw chakra-infused shurikens at him. "Shuriken shadow clone!"
They hit him and exposed a weakness in his puppet.
He tried to regenerate, but Sara had switched the ley line off.
"Naruto let's finish this!" Ryuu added Phoenix Flame onto the Rasengan and flames surrounded him and Naruto.
They ran at him.
"I won't let you!"
'He shot at us with chakra threads but I used my Mangekyou to teleport our bodies away and back.'
"Supreme Rasengan!"
He tried to block them, but Ryuu's flames burned his puppet up.
"What?!" They hit his puppet, and it fell apart into rubble and dust.
"No! My plans, the five nations, I was going to rewrite history, no! I won't let it end like this, if I fall, all of you will fall with the ley line!"
He attempted to crawl to Sara, but they had damaged his puppet too much and fell inside the ley line, after, the color of the ley line energy became red.
"The ley line is malfunctioning."
Minato said.
The floor cracked.
"Sara!" Naruto yelled at her and she tried to run to them.
"Aaah!" She slipped and fell.
"Don't worry, I got you!" Naruto caught her and held onto her.
"Woah!" His hand slipped.
"Wood style!" Ryuu and Yamato created a large bridge and caught them both.
"Captain Yamato!" He called his name in happiness.
"Kakashi!"
Naruto tilted his head in confusion.
"Kakashi-sensei?" He asked.
The other people were there too.
"Give me the Flying Raijin kunai I gave you earlier, I need it to completely seal the ley line."
Naruto handed the Kunai to Minato.
He ran towards the ley line cause the building was collapsing.
He stabbed the ley line in the middle.
"Seal!" It sunk in and released green energy and revealed some writing on the floor.
The red energy from the corrupted ley line began decreasing.
Naruto and Yamato began glowing.
"What is this?" He asked.
"With Anrokuzan dead and the sealing formula in place, I think time is fixing itself again, so the two of you are about to return to your era."
"Kakashi, you completed your mission?" Ryuu asked.
"Yeah, and I also saved this hidden leaf shinobis butt." Yamato smacked him, and Ryuu chuckled.
"The heck was that for?!" He said as he held his head.
"Well, you and Ryuu are always picking on me." He said.
"Then why didn't you smack him too?"
"Are you kidding?"
"Unfortunately, it's time to go," Minato said.
"So you're really leaving?" Sara asked.
Naruto smiled.
"But Sara, don't you realize you did what you had to do, you're an awesome queen, so even if we're not here, I know you'll do just fine."
"Naruto, I'll never forget you." She said.
"But we don't want to change history, it will be best that we erase all memories, so I'm going to use a jutsu formula to make everyone forget," Minato said.
He nodded.
"Well, I guess I'll see you when I see you Naruto, I can't wait to meet you in the future, I'll never forget you, well that might be untrue considering what he's about to do."
Ryuu said to Naruto.
He smiled.
Ryuu took some of Naruto's chakra and sealed it in a large scroll before the jutsu worked.
"Suppress!" Sealing marks appeared on the floor.
"Wait, Kurama, how am I supposed to remember what you told me?!"
A light brightened, and everything was back to normal.
