Chapter 205: The Beginning Of The End
After they were all dismissed, Ryuu and Sakumo remained,
"What did I say about putting your feet on my table?"
"Nothing, you said I can't do it on the couch, and I sometimes remember not to."
"Hmph." Sakumo scoffs and turns away,
"I have to go, I'm sure you understand why I can't stay here for too long."
Sakumo nods,
"I understand, but before you go, remember to attend the meeting tonight."
Ryuu nods.
"I will, goodbye." Whoosh… Ryuu leaves Sakumo's office,
"So impatient…" Sakumo mutters,
Above the root hideout, Ryuu stands on the edge, his Sharingan shining through the holes of his mask…
He removes his mask and holds it up before turning it to ash.
Ryuu's hair was being fanned by the wind as he looked down with his Sharingan glaring and scanning the Root shinobi.
'Since the age of 4 years, I've been preparing for this exact moment.
I've never forgotten about what he did, I never forgot what he took away from me.
It's time to avenge my parents!'
Ryuu steps forward and free falls into the hideout,
His blood pumping him up,
"He's here!"
Boom!
Ryuu's landing leaves a shockwave,
"So… You're finally here?" Danzo comes out of the shadows,
"I am." Ryuu stretches his hands, and two weapons appear from his seal. On the right, the blade he got from Sakumo, and the death blade he inherited from his father on his left hand,
"Are you so foolish that you'll kill a member of the Konoha council?"
"I guess I am."
Ryuu infused chakra into his chakra saber and then he cut himself with his death blade.
"I've kept this death blade so nice and clean just for you. This is the original one, don't worry."
"Very well then."
Danzo waves his hand and turns around.
Whoosh…
Hundreds of foundation members appeared around the hideout.
"How quickly do you want your deaths to be?"
"Attack!" They all started heading towards him and throwing Kunai's
Ryuu smiles,
"That quickly, huh?" They swarmed Ryuu together, making sure he had no space or time to perform a single jutsu.
How sorely mistaken they were…
Multiple paper bombs go toward Ryuu, they're all expecting him to jump or dodge,
Boom!
The paper bombs explode, Ryuu still didn't move, but the platform he was on collapses…
"That was too easy, we couldn't have got him." They couldn't see what happened because of the smoke.
"Amaterasu!" a cold and deep voice muttered from above them.
Whoosh…
Black flames surround and burn the shinobi.
"Water style: Water wall jutsu!"
Trying to put out the flame, they all combine water style.
"What?!" They collectively widen their eyes seeing their water wall burning as well.
"We'll handle them now." Itachi and Obito arrive.
Ryuu nods, he was unaffected by their attack before.
Ryuu runs towards Danzo, he uses lightning chakra mode, and his body flickers to move faster. He sees a light at the end of the tunnel and moves more quickly.
"Tch!" Danzo clicks, seeing Ryuu appear in front of him in a second. They stand outside in an open field,
"By now, Kakashi has already killed Homura and Koharu. I won't allow you to run and cry to Sarutobi-sensei."
Danzo frowned.
"I find it ridiculous that a child like you believes he knows how the world works.
Ryuu Uchiha, you're destroying everything that Tobirama-sensei built over the years, do you know this?"
"Hmph, everything lord second built was destroyed the moment he made you three of his students.
You corrupted his ideology; he wanted peace, and he made rules to maintain that peace while your council messed it up!
But that's Okay, right now it doesn't matter to me. This won't change what will happen today, so do whatever you think is necessary. I'll take you to lord second and you can cry about it to him!"
Danzo makes hand seals,
"Wind Style: vacuum bullet!" Danzo shoots out multiple blasts of wind toward Ryuu.
Boom!
They destroy everything on impact, but Ryuu moves too quickly,
"Halo dance!" Ryuu coats his blades in flames and shoots multiple waves of fire toward Danzo.
Boom!
"Danzo-sama!" A group of foundation shinobi made a wall of earth to block Ryuu's shots.
"Hmph." A small smirk appears on Ryuu's face.
"Stay back! I'll defeat him myself." Danzo commands them, but they were all hesitant after seeing how quickly Ryuu counters all these attacks,
"No.
You'll all fight me. Give it your best. I want nothing less. You too Danzo, I want to show them how easily I could defeat the man who taught them.
If you don't give your best, I will have to put an end to this execution in an instant.
No one can escape the shinobi scourge Ryuu Uchiha."
Danzo grits his teeth, his Root shinobi clinging to their weapons, they sweat profoundly staring at death himself.
'Then we have no choice here.'
Danzo begins unlocking the metal locks on his arm.
