Chapter 130: Ryuu's Trump Card!
"Once we do this, you'll have too little chakra, but if we don't do this, the world as you know it… will be destroyed."
Ryuu nodded.
"I'm doing a combination, mixing my chakra and your chakra and then we'll merge, including my natural energy and my flames.
You will feel a lot of unbearable pain, but the healing properties of slug sage mode will numb most of it, unseal me when you're ready."
Ryuu nodded with a determined look on his face.
Without a second thought, Ryuu teleported back outside.
"Have you realized how futile it is to run?"
An evil grin came from Ryuu's face, stunning the masked man.
"Enough games," Ryuu said in an unusually serious tone.
The masked man appeared behind him in a split second and grabbed Ryuu's neck.
Ryuu was swinging, squirming to break free.
Until Ryuu suddenly stopped moving and his eyes closed, almost as if he had died.
Before closing his eyes, Ryuu made a one-handed seal and opened his seal.
The area started getting hotter; the air was burning up and Ryuu had burned up too, his skin was burning off, and from the flesh that was burning, dark and red flames burned.
Ryuu's hair had solidified and was glowing, each breath exhaled dark smoke came out.
Ryuu opened his eyes and his iris had changed and became slit with golden flames in the background.
"You've finally gotten serious." His tone had changed, and he sounded less confident and more annoyed.
The man let go of Ryuu and hovered above Ryuu.
Ryuu squinted his eyes in pain as he felt a sharp sting on his back.
"Aarrgh!"
Ryuu's bones started cracking and he could hear flesh tearing coming from his back, it was like something was coming out of them.
And then wings made of something that resembled dark metal and shaped like bones came out, spilling Ryuu's blood, flesh, and small fragments of bones all over the floor.
The wings became coated in Phoenix Flame and black feathers with red flames at the tip, formed by Phoenix Flame, appeared.
"Huff Huff Huff…"
Ryuu quickly regained his seriousness and glared at the masked man.
Boom!!
Ryuu ascended into the air, leaving cracks on the ground.
"Remember, we have 2 minutes, don't waste the time."
Ryuu rushed towards the man in the suit.
He appeared in front of him in the blink of an eye.
The man also made a transformation and had golden flames surrounding his body.
"Phoenix style: Rasengan!" Ryuu made a giant Rasengan with Phoenix Flame and chakra.
Boom!
He smacked it out of Ryuu's hand.
"This is your first time using this form, lucky me."
He threw a punch toward Ryuu but was surprised when an adamantine chain caught it and stabbed through his hand.
Ryuu lit the chain on fire while it was inside his hand.
"I have to say it."
"Say it," Nobu responded.
Ryuu threw his other chain and stuck it inside his chest.
"Argh!" Ryuu controlled the flames to grip his back.
"Get over here!"
Ryuu pulled him and then sent him crashing into the ground with a powerful punch.
The two of them fought in the sky, exchanging blows that made the air around them shift and carry the wind so fast it looked like a stream of power, the temperature surrounding them was so hot no one could get close.
They were moving so fast they looked like two giant sparks of fire fighting and creating shock waves of flames each time they hit each other.
Ryuu was landing more blows on him.
"Ryuu, 30 seconds." Ryuu frowned.
"Alright, I have a few more moves, I'll make this one worth it."
Ryuu unsealed the Amenonuhoko and coated it with dark ash and Phoenix Flame.
He added lightning chakra to it and shaped the other side to have another blade.
"Where did you get that weapon?!"
Ryuu didn't answer.
Ryuu separated the Naginata and threw them.
'Hmph, too slow.'
The masked man prepared to catch them but just as he was about to touch them…
"Kamui!"
Ryuu sent the Naginata through Kamui and pierced his shoulders, sending him crashing into the ground.
Ryuu controlled the ash to rise below him and hold him down, using multiple spikes.
Ryuu smirked with a ball of flame in his hand as he looked down at him.
"Pathetic," Ryuu muttered.
His voice had changed, he sounded like Nobu and himself speaking at once.
"How dare you look down on me!!! This is so obnoxious!" Ryuu rolled his eyes as the masked man complained.
"Ryuu, I have another idea.
In this form you have enough vitality to withstand a jutsu made from Yin-yang release, just listen to what I tell you and you'll be safe." Ryuu nodded.
Ryuu made a special hand seal following Nobu's instructions.
"Yin-yang release: space-time destroyer!"
A ball of dark chakra formed inside Ryuu's hand.
"You can use the Yin and Yang release?!
How obnoxious!"
The man started pulling the spears harder, but it failed; he was pinned down too hard.
The atmosphere around Ryuu had changed and dark, translucent energy formed around him.
He teleported behind the man and grabbed him and threw him in the air, leaving a trail of wind behind him that carried much of the ground and multiple trees.
Boom!!!
Ryuu jumped and flapped his wings so hard he left the ground shattered and destroyed.
"You're finished!"
Ryuu charged that ball of chakra with everything he got and then…
Boom!!!!
The energy coming from that jutsu vaporized the masked man in the blink of an eye.
That jutsu set a beam that lit the skies up and even went through space and time itself!
The sky lit up in a red flame supernova, Phoenix Flame was spiraling around the sky, shining through all the five nations.
"What kind of beast is in Konohagakure?" The Raikage looked outside his windows, his eyes had widened and he had stood up staring.
In Sunagakure, the Kazekage stared at the sky, his jaw dropped.
The Tsuchikage stared at the sky, his eyes widened and he was looking at that beam of light coming from Konoha.
'I don't understand… are they building a weapon or something?' He asked himself.
"Isobu, do you feel this?" Yagura asked.
"Yes, his power… it's unlike anything I've ever seen in years…"
"Big brother…" Itachi looked at the sky.
Everyone in Konoha looked at the sky in awe.
'Ryuu, is that you?...' Minato asked himself, that immense power shocked him.
In the aftermath, the beam slowly dimmed and disappeared, dark ash fell and twinkled like stars in the sky.
"Huff Huff Huff…"
Ryuu was panting, his chakra reserves had hit the very bottom, but it still felt like he was losing more, and the entire forest was destroyed, but the sky was still glowing.
Ryuu fell from the sky, he tried controlling his fall but only broke the fall a little.
"Ugh…"
Sounds of bones cracked and his flesh slowly repaired itself, his body was in pain and he was bleeding all over.
Ryuu couldn't even stand up.
His feet were too weak, and his Sharingan deactivated and so did sage mode, his eyes started shutting as he lost the energy to keep them open.
"Minato… Kushina..." He muttered.
Ryuu used the last of his will to teleport near them.
"Wait!" He yelled as soon as he got there…
Kurama had shoved his claw through Minato and Kushina.
"Nooo!"
Ryuu desperately forced himself and crawled toward them, even with all the pain it came with.
"I-I can still save you!" Ryuu pulled himself up desperately with tears in his eyes.
"Ryuu, it's alright, just stop.
Listen to us, we have something important to tell you."
Minato put his hand on Ryuu's shoulder.
Ryuu stopped doing what he was doing and looked at them, tears filled his eyes.
"I'm glad you're okay, that person was too powerful for me, I could sense that…
I knew only you could defeat him." Minato said with a smile.
Ryuu clenched his fist.
"But I still couldn't save you two.
Big brother, big sister, how could I call myself a hero when I couldn't even save you two?"
Kushina pulled Ryuu closer.
"Just listen to him, you know."
"I don't have enough time left.
Listen, take care of Naruto, I've sealed half of the nine tails within Naruto, making him the new Jinchuriki.
Now, this is important, whatever you do, save my student, save Obito!"
Kushina's eyes widened, Minato hadn't told her about Obito.
