Chapter 82: Another Senju?!
1 Year later
'A year had passed since I began training Shisui since I didn't get many important missions since then but the war was getting worse, the border was constantly being attacked and people from different lands started coming back to the village to seek refuge and just like today, there were many days that I would wake up earlier than usual to train with Kakashi.
We went to where I used to go. They promoted me to Jonin a few months after I became chunin after I led a team of injured jonin out of an ambush from Kumogakure.
I still haven't gotten my eternal Mangekyou since then.
Every time I visit Rikuto he's busy trying to recover memories. I'll go again someday.
I've gotten a lot better at using my Mangekyou Sharingan too, I had time to discover many abilities I have.'
"Hey, what are you thinking about?" Kakashi asked as they walked to the training grounds.
"I'm just thinking about how crazy this year has been." He nodded.
"Yeah, and something tells me it'll only get crazier." Ryuu nodded.
"We're here."
Ryuu looked around.
"This place has stayed the same except for the cracks and ruined waterfall, but that's my fault.
I want to do something, move back."
Kakashi moved back.
Ryuu activated his Mangekyou.
"Wood style: four-pillar home technique!" Ryuu created a large mansion.
"You've gotten good at using your Mangekyou, all that training was for something after all."
Ryuu nodded.
"Hold on, I'll come back in a few minutes." He nodded.
Ryuu teleported away to Inoichi's home.
"Knock knock knock!" He knocked.
'he's home alone tonight, I wonder what happened or if his wife woke up early.
He opened the door, welcomed Ryuu into his home, and then made some tea.
"I haven't seen you in a while, what brings you here?"
"I want to see your mind transfer and mind manipulation technique, I'm hoping I could learn it by watching you." He smiled.
"That ninJutsu is the Yamanaka clan's secret jutsu, I can't show you how to do them and even if I do it, you can't learn by simply watching me." Ryuu smiled.
"Of course, I can, let's make a deal, if I do it on my first try while watching you, I get to keep it and you train me at using it, ok?"
He hesitantly nodded.
Ryuu activated his Mangekyou Sharingan but covered it using his ash, they made it look like normal eyes.
"Are you ready?" Ryuu nodded.
"Mind transfer jutsu!" He attempted to take over Ryuu's mind, but Ryuu fought back and pushed him away.
"That's incredible, even without training your mind, you still kicked me out, it still doesn't mean you can use it."
Ryuu nodded.
"My turn." Ryuu did the hand signs and aimed at Inoichi.
"Mind transfer jutsu!" He took Inoichi's mind but released it.
"How is that possible?"
"Thank you for your time, see you later." He said before teleporting back to the home he built.
"Kakashi, I'm back!"
"Alright, I'm out here training, come out when you're ready!"
Ryuu nodded and headed outside.
"You ready?" Kakashi nodded and activated lightning chakra mode, Ryuu also activated lightning chakra mode.
He appeared behind Ryuu in a blink and swung his blade to his neck.
Ryuu dodged it and delivered a punch to Kakashi's head, he grabbed Ryuu's hand and threw him to the ground, causing the ground to shatter.
*Poof!* "When did you?" Ryuu interrupted Kakashi and kicked his gut, causing him to fly through the building Ryuu made.
Kakashi slowly stood up while holding his gut.
"Lightning Style: White light chakra blade!" Ryuu's chest was cut open by Kakashi's blade.
'He's become so much faster, I don't even think I'd keep up with him with my three tomoe Sharingan.' Ryuu said to himself.
Both of them were panting while holding their wounds. Kakashi held his gut as Ryuu held his chest.
"Good job Kakashi, you've become good at using lightning chakra mode, I bet your Chidori is doing well too."
He nodded.
"It's only thanks to training with you, but can you heal us first before talking this much?"
Ryuu smiled and healed both himself and Kakashi.
"Huh?" Ryuu stopped healing himself for a minute.
"What's wrong?" Kakashi asked.
'There's someone with incredible vitality coming from that side, no one comes here except Kakashi and me, especially not a person with that much vitality.'
"People are heading our way, let's go check it out."
He nodded.
Kakashi and Ryuu went to check it out.
They used lightning chakra mode to move faster and stood above the intruders.
'Who's that?' Ryuu asked himself.
A girl surrounded by some chunins, her face wasn't visible cause the sunrise was blinding the vision, Ryuu moved closer to get a good look.
'When I got near I saw her dark and long hair, it shined because of the sun and looked soft.
Her face was tanned with a small beauty spot on her cheek.' Ryuu quickly looked away as he felt Kakashi's gaze.
"Hey, I'm talking to you. Are you stupid!"
A guy shouted at the girl.
'The girl was carrying groceries and there were seven chunin harassing her, three of them had a wound on their face while the others didn't have a scratch. I observed before acting recklessly.'
Ryuu connected himself to Kakashi, who was surprised but didn't lose his composure.
"Kakashi, it's me, let's stay back, we don't want to interfere without knowing what's going on."
He nodded.
"This stupid girl beat us up! All because she bumped into us and caused her to drop her bag of groceries!"
"Let's get her!" They charged at her.
She dodged their attack and then kicked one of them so hard he flew backward, taking out two more.
'So strong.' Ryuu said as he watched her.
The other one came from behind her and grabbed her long hair, pulling her to the ground.
"You think you're a shinobi? Let me show you true power!" He made a hand sign.
"Now!" Using lightning chakra mode, Ryuu jumped in front of them and grabbed him by his neck, and Kakashi stood behind Ryuu, covering his back.
"Shameless, it's surprising how you all became shinobi!" He said.
The guy was struggling, trying to break free of Ryuu's grip, and struggling to breathe.
His friends glared at Ryuu and Kakashi. They were about to do something but were hesitant because of Kakashi.
"I know that silver hair, you're Sakumo Hatake's son, and who the hell is your friend?!" One of them swung his fist toward Ryuu.
Ryuu grabbed it and swung him to the ground with small flames appearing in his hand.
"Tell me, why shouldn't I burn your hand off?"
He was so scared he couldn't shake his head.
"Wait a minute, you're Ryuu Uchiha."
"No way!" The other ones fell to the ground in fear.
"No one told me he's just a kid!"
"Apologise and Leave, Now! And I swear if I catch you or your friends insulting my village by being idiots like this again, I'll make you suffer."
He said as he activated his Sharingan.
"We're sorry!"
They ran off.
In the past year, Ryuu's name had become notorious, shinobi from other lands feared him and Minato, and they would be ordered to flee the area and abandon the mission if they were to find anyone who looked like Ryuu or Minato.
'You've gone soft Ryuu, or is it because of the girl?' Kakashi said to himself, forgetting Ryuu was still linked, he glanced at Kakashi but moved on to the girl.
"Hey, are you ok?" Ryuu extended his hand with a bright smile.
"My name is Ichika Senju."
She accepted his hand.
"Oh a Senju, I see."
"I'm fine, I only have a small scar on my hand, those guys weren't tough, they only caught me off guard."
Ryuu took her hand and started looking at the wound.
'She speaks so confidently it's like she's not afraid of anyone.'
Ryuu smiled.
"Hmm, it looks like it's only a bruise, nothing that bad, let me help you."
Ryuu healed her with his flames.
She seemed relieved and asked him.
"What were you doing here this early?" She asked.
"Oh-uh… we were just training."
Ryuu nervously replied.
"This early?" She seemed curious.
"Yeah, we train early, you know."
"No wonder you're famous these days, I've heard of how powerful you are and how talented you are especially that story when you fought an ambush off by yourself." Ryuu nodded.
"Well, training this early is the reason I'm that famous and powerful, you know."
She smiled.
"Here, I'll help you pick those up."
Ryuu picked her stuff up and put them in a bag.
"I'll walk you home if you need."
"Are you trying to imply that I'm weak?" Ryuu shook his head.
"Well, I just wouldn't mind helping you out, honestly I don't mind,"
Ryuu said to her.
She blushed a little.
He saw her being hesitant and changed the subject.
"Anyway, what were you doing here in the first place? Usually, no one except Kakashi and I pass through this path."
"I just came from buying groceries, I'm new to the village so I got lost.
When I asked these guys for directions they didn't listen, one of them bumped into me and made me drop my groceries, two of them tried scaring me but I beat them up then, you know the rest." Ryuu nodded.
"So you're new to the village, huh?"
She nodded.
"My aunt lives in the village, I came here to look for her, she can help heal my mother. She's a talented medical-nin."
Ryuu nodded.
'A talented shinobi? No a talented medical-nin? I only know one Senju who's a talented medical-nin, but I could be wrong after all until today I did not know that there were other Senju's left, could this be a change in the story caused by my arrival? or is it something else?'
"Hey, Ichika, what's your auntie's name?"
"Her name is Tsunade Senju."
Both Ryuu's and Kakashi's eyes widened.

Also this won't be the only time I'm editing the previous chapters this is just to make them look better so that I have more readers.
