Chapter 22: Chapter 22: Team GRNN (Green) (2)
~Third POV~
Passing through the hallways of Beacon Academy Team GRNN they all walked and talked to each other about themselves to get better familiarized with themselves. While they walk some students were also around taking the same route as them to the Dining Hall.
As they finally leave the building of their dorms they view the outside view of the campus thus seeing the statue at Beacon Academy.
The campus of Beacon Academy includes a large statue featuring two figures, one a male and the other a younger-looking female, standing on a rock outcropping. They are both dressed in a robe with hoods over their heads.
The male has a sword in his right hand, raised in a seemingly triumphant gesture. The younger female has a double-edged battle-ax in her left hand and looks off to the side into the distance. Below the two figures is a Beowolf looking in the same direction as the male figure.
As they pass through their way to the route they finally got to the Dining Hall to get their breakfast as they see no one else in line conveniently or lucky for Team GRNN.
The Academy includes a large, formal dining room running down the length of a cloister-like hall. The dining room features four long tables running the length of the hall with benches to either side and walking areas located in between.
Students were able to sit not only with their teams but other groups. Like all parts of the academy buildings, the dining hall is somewhat gothic in appearance. The walls are marked with the academy's crossed-ax logo.
As they got their breakfast wasting about 10 mins or less for them they began to eat as they talked more about Albus' words as Nora was first to ask, "So… let me get this straight you simply got here because of the Semblance Act right?"
Nodding his head Albus nodded at this just as Pyrrha shakes her head at this as she confirms her leader's worries with a bright smile on her face while chewing on an apple, "Chomp. No worries friend even though you haven't explained much it must have been difficult to train using your Telekinesis Semblance… but…"
At that moment Nora replied finishing Pyrrha's question as she ate oatmeal with cookie crumbs staying perfectly healthy next to her plate of pancakes, "That Telekinesis semblance is pretty rare but not uncommon to others. I wouldn't think it much to be placed under the Semblance Act since I wouldn't. Although by chance did a relative –"
Interrupting Nora with Albus shaking his head at this as he replied to her question honestly to her, "No. It was actually the first time meeting Glynda Goodwitch. I was surprised to see another family member but only to be met with disappointment to hear she hasn't heard of me. As for the Semblance Act though…"
A look of reluctance was present on Albus' expression as he glanced around the people starting to come in for breakfast as he replies swiftly, "It's because of a special circumstance that I can't really speak out in the open…. But I know its something that would gather lots of attention to the wrong or right people. Ruby knows but I would rather be the one to explain. Just… I promise to explain after all our classes are over so please bear with me?"
Lucky for Albus his teammates understood wanting to know what it was as Nora was casually eating her pancakes stuffing herself as she spoke, "Ok fearless leader! You have your secrets and we have ours but that can and will wait! Can't wait for how our school life is like right best buddy!!"
Ruby nods at this as a smirk escaped her face as finding a new friend while Albus laughs at this as he pursues their friendly relationship status, "Thank you for understanding friends. But on a side note… Say Nora do you like LIKE Ren by chance…?"
Pyrrha glances at them with some mild fun interest as Nora blushes slightly but replies at this denying it as she replied, "Well I wouldn't say we like each other like that. I mean we are very close friends and all but… I don't know really honestly. Ren is usually very quiet about some things but… Well, I can't help at times he sees me more of a sister than a friend really so I can't give a straight fire answer."
Pyrrha glances between her teammates as she hesitantly smiles at this but in reality, she thought in her head happily, 'Wait already team drama for the first day! Ahh! So, this is what it's like to be in an actual teenage schooler's life! What a fascinating experience!'
Like that their time has passed till it was time for them to get to their first day of class with Prof. Peter Port about Grimm studies.

When they arrived, they saw the professor of the class and welcomes them inside kind heartily at them, "Oh! Welcome students to my class the names Peter Port I will be your instructor for studying strategies against Grimm now go take your seat team GRNN."
Peter appears to be a man in early old age. He wears a double-breasted burgundy suit with gold piping and buttons. His pants he wears are tucked into olive boots, similar in appearance and construction to cavalry boots.
He has gray hair and a gray mustache and is a fat man. His build is similar to an apple shape, where he is chubbier on his top half, with a bit of a belly. With that with some time to spare the team, RWBY has come on in time for class although almost to begin.
Port begins his lecture about his class about Grimm showing all of his bravadoes as Albus began to take some notes in hopes of raising his stats about the man in question teachings, "Demons… Prowlers of the night! Yes, the creatures of Grimm have many names. But I merely refer to them as PREY. Ha ha! Ha ha!"
Everyone remains quiet at the scene causing Port to be awkward till he continues his speech with an educated voice returning to the subject, "Uhh… and you shall too upon graduating from this prestigious academy. Now as I was saying, Vale, as well as the other three kingdoms, are safe-havens in an otherwise treacherous world."
Port walks around back and forth while continuing his educational speeches about the Grimm to inspire the young huntsmen and huntresses, "Our planet is absolutely teaming with creatures that would love nothing more than to tear you to pieces! And that's where we come in Huntsmen! Huntresses… individuals who have sworn to protect those who cannot protect themselves. From what you ask why, the very world!"
Then everyone looks over to the one guy who agrees with Port then shuts himself up from everyone staring at him. Port continues his lesson with a tale of his childhood, "That is what you are training to become. But first a story…"

~Albus POV~
Listening to his story so far hasn't been good. By that I mean I didn't earn a single stat from this but I don't expect to get any from the beginning.
Still listening I view Ruby doing childish antics annoying Weiss even though she's not in Blake's team but my view is more on the creature inside the cage. The Grimm a Boarbatusk if I recall reading the textbook.

It's very weak but hey free Exp I'll take it. Glancing at my settings I activate auto-loot on my gamer settings as I needed to keep this a secret to the rest for the time being. Then I wait patiently till it was time to be picked.
Continuing the speech of his life story about him being a boy Port finally returns to the topic of being a Huntsman as he spoke, "Ah-heh-hem! In the end, the Beowolf was no match for my sheer tenacity, and I returned to my village with the beast in captivity and my head held high, celebrated as a hero!
Waiting for my chance I see that Weiss is getting tired of Ruby's antics. Sorry Weiss but I'm in this to get strong so any Exp out here is free for all.
Listening more Port began to discuss the basics and virtues needed to be a Huntsman or Huntress, "The moral of this story? A true Huntsman must be honorable! A true Huntsman must be dependable! A true Huntsman must be strategic, well-educated, and wise! So, who among you believes themselves to be the embodiment of these traits – "
Raising my hand first and speaking if only a bit louder than most I replied, "I do sir! I do believe I follow these traits."
Prof. Port nodded as he turns to gesture at the glowing red eyes surrounded by shadow shaking the cage that traps it as he replied happily, "Ah! Mister Goodwitch what a nice refresher and testosterone response! Well, then, let's find out! Step forward, and face your opponent!"
Nodding I began to get down as my team cheered me on as well as Ruby and Yang thanking them with a side glance nod.
With that, I began to go over to main floor level unarmed as I get ready into position while Port questions me, "Aren't you getting your armor to help your young man?"
Not glancing at the professor, I respond to Port's question with a casual expression on my face as I replied answers to him, "That won't be necessary Prof. A Huntsmen must best be prepared for a fight any time even without warning. In real life against your foe, you might not get that leisurely to get armor or weapons at the ready."
Port nods his head as he readies to release the lock from the cage since I am prepared as I am now, "Hmm… that is right young man you can never be too sure when an attack will happen its best to always be ready in case something does happen."

So that's how <Super Luck> works showing me their weakness before I have a chance to discover it as this will come in handy.
With that Port begins to ready the stage for me to fight the Grimm, "Alright, let the match begin!"
