"The Russian Federation will ensure our most capable citizens will join the Abyss," said the red-haired beauty in the black leotard suit. 

This was Olga Petrov, a member of the Scarlet Room, the FSB's answer to the CIA's PARASITE that Sage was in charge of. 

"How would you know which of your citizens would become successes in this game?" Leo asked curiously as he himself didn't have an algorithm that would determine which human soul would have the knack for navigating the intricacies of life after death. 

"We have many hackers in Russia," Olga said proudly.
