"I gave you just one little task but you couldn't even complete it " The boss screamed
" boss am sorry please give me some time and ill achieve our motive " I begged.
" Time is something I don't have, the big boss wants results. I think you're just a sack of potatoes, I added you to my team because I taught you your capabilities would be up to that of your sister but seems I was wrong
if you can't do your work properly then you can as well get your ass out of my property " he said and left the office
dealing with a mafia is a difficult thing especially a hot-tempered one like the one am working with
Although Bella is my step sister I still hate her to the core
even if I have our dad to myself and his property I still won't stop hating her
first, grandpa gave her the Carson empire and then made her a mafia queen which is supposed to be my inheritance since am the oldest but she stole it
but never less good things come easily.
but people can't stop comparing us

Have been waiting for Leon at the bar for the past two hours
I wonder what could be taking him so long.
Kiara on the other hand couldn't stop messaging me about how she plans on teaching Matt a lesson for drugging her...seems she finally learned that he was the one who kidnapped her
" Excuse me " I signaled the head of security
" yes ma "
" Can you please contact your other team and ask where they are with my husband " I requested and he nodded and stepped to the side
I Know Leon would say am overreacting if I told him I asked the security men to follow us since the hotel is just a few miles away from his house
but I couldn't take any chances since Bolin's brother is still on the hunt .. so I asked them to follow us in disguise from a safe distance
" Ma they said Mr. Copeland isn't with them "
" What !!! " I screamed and turned on my heels making my way back to where I left him..but when I arrived, Leon and Mr. Ivanov were nowhere to be found.
I placed a call to Leon but his phone was switched off... I turned to find the bunch of fools Kiara hired saying they are for our security.
There was no need to say anything to them although I wanted to say a lot I just put a call to Kiara
" he... "
" give me Leon's location," I said keeping my anger in check
" give me a second...He's at the parking lot "
" you sure? "
" yes, that's what the tracker says "
" okay " I hung up and ran towards the parking lot like a mad woman being chased
" Ma we've found him " The security head informed carrying an unconscious Leon towards me and to my relief he was alright but I still had this strange feeling that there's more to what's on the surface.
I trailed behind the security men carrying Leon when I suddenly received a message. I opened it to find a video
" Mia " I gasp watching the video, she was tied up and blindfolded
and my phone began ringing..it was a call from an unknown number
" Hello," I said with a cold voice
" Dearest sister how have you been " I heard Ella's sinister voice from the other end of the phone
" what do you want? "
" I know you've seen that video..so I'll advise you don't try playing smart with me unless I'll make sure I torture your dearest sister-in-law to death "
" if I see even a scratch on her then you wouldn't see the breaking of dawn "
" you can keep your treats to yourself and get your ass back in Florence unless I'll blow off her head " she ended the call and I clenched my fist
" take my husband home I'll be returning to Florence "

I informed Kiara of the situation at hand on my way to the airport and asked both her and Matt to be vigilant and stay beside Leon.. only God knows what they did to him.
I preferred going on such missions alone as it makes it easier to get rid of my enemies without worrying about the people that accompanied me.
and I think it's time to end Ella's chapter.
I arrived at the location Ella sent me earlier and was thoroughly searched by her men. I was hoping they would put me as a scanning mechanic since they were so afraid of me although they had all my weapons

I scoffed as they led me to the sitting room
" you're finally here," Ella said descending the stairs and I could help but roll my eyes
" did you make sure to scan her properly? we can't trust her " I could hear the panic laces in her voice which she tried masking what a straight face
" oh yes, they did big sis. I can even strip if you want " I said sarcastically
" very well then it's been a long time since we had a good chat " she took a sit right Infront of me
" well big is there is nothing to chat about so let's get down to business...where is Mia "
" Mia Mia Mia.. she's safe but you'll have to do a little thing for her freedom "
" which is? "
" sign these papers " she tossed two documents at me
" The first one states that you'll be merging your empire with that of Don Fang ..Don Bolin's younger brother "
ohh so that nameless rascal's name is Fang
" and the second? " I asked and a wide grin appeared on her face
" The second paper states that you'll be transferring the Carson empire to me making me the new Mafia queen which is my rightful inheritance," she said with a proud smile
" And don't even try playing smart with me little sister...have a look " she pointed at the projector in the middle of the sitting room.
I found my mum and Leon's mum tied up with a bomb attached to both of them. I wanted to react but after a second taught decided not to
" you see if you don't sign those papers I might.. might? I will blow up both your mum and mother-in-law...well I don't know how much you love your mother in law but I do know you love your mum so just sign those damn papers"
