Tang Li glanced at the medicine, confusion marred her face.
"You tend to get injured by prawn shells," Mo Yuhan indifferently said before walking out of the room, leaving Tang Li stunned.
There was no sound of the door slammed shut or anything as such. He was not childish. All she could feel was silence, but it was not comforting as before, instead, the silence was kind of depressing.
Tang Li slumped back on the bed weakly as she looked at the medicine kept near her feet.
Her mind drifted back to a distant memory.
The little girl passed him her tiffin box as they sat below the shade of the magnolia tree in the compounds of his beautiful farmhouse.
The boy looked at her in slight curiosity.
"I don't like prawns at all. Since you love them, this is for you," Little Tang Li blinked mischievously.
