Synopsis
The world of Deva is a place where geniuses rise and fall every day and only those with extreme luck can survive.
George is a naive poor boy who grew up not knowing the horrors of the world. After being thrust from one situation to another again and again, he learned that there is no escape to being used by others. With no backing and no one to look after him, George will strive further and further until he can be free of the influence of the world.
In a perfect world this would be the story of him climbing over every single person to become the sole strongest, but life doesn't work that way. There will always be those who stand in his way, even those he's known since the beginning of his journey.
Alex is a former noble abandoned by his family. From a young age he has always had a sadistic streak, but that apparent flaw of his ended up leading him to his destiny. Alex and George. These two will continue to clash and take away from each other until there only one thing remains. Their lives.
George raised his red sword that had been his companion for years on years, and uttered one word.
"Flash."
Immediately, thunder struck and lightning fell from the sky, encasing him in a golden glow. Golden armor formed around his body, his sword turned to black lightning and his eyes went black.
He gazed at Alex who stood far away, and breathed out a challenge.
"Come. Today, we will end this."
Alex didn't respond, but raised his twin black daggers that were so jagged that they looked like they would tear through anything.
He too narrowed his eyes and spoke.
"Monarch of the Night."
This is the story of how it came to be, and how it will end.
I would like it if any potential readers would read the first fifty chapters before deciding whether the book is good or not. The story gets better the more you read.

Aside from a few misspells, the writing is great, the grammar is also great along with the world, a very unique world, with well written characters who all have their agendas and ways to do them along with traits that define them.
Very good novel, Main charachter is most likely insane and should be admitted to phych ward. Also he’s only like 7 so… 100% would recommend.

Mc is a silly goose. +Mc has some serious flaws (that I can correlate to) and attitudes -Stable updates -Great writing -The author is really active in the comments It's a sad thing that not as many people heard about this book.
As the author it is necessary to give myself a five star rating but truth be told I love this book and it might be boring but I think if you read up to chapter 20 you will think the book is worth reading. Don't forget to and this book to your collection, rate it, comment and give it power stones if you like it
This is the type of book I've been looking for! This book is the type that looks like it will be an academy style but the mc will be in the school for a long time. My only problem would be that the mc seems childish right now, but I get the feeling his character will develop. I genuinely cannot fathom how this novel is not popular. This has great writing combined with a very unique approach to the academy in such settings. I do feel that characters due to such young age are difficult to take it seriously but, i decided to chalk it up to kids just growing faster in that world. I am currently in 43 chapter.

I gotta say there aren't any words that are enough for me to describe this book but the words that would come close are: amazing, shocking, original and the one of the best books I've read on webnovel.
The book is pretty good in my opinion. Someone should probably give it at least twenty chapters before they decide whether they like it or not.😊😊😊

Great book, although I was surprised by the sudden switch to George fighting on the battlefield and I'm really glad that George didn't die in the end although as the mc, there is no way he can die. Anyway I would recommend this book to anybody!!!!

This a good novel. I have read about half of the chapters posted already and I enjoy it. The MC is a naive piece of sh it and annoying, but it’s still pretty good.
