Chapter 110: Closure

Kenj looked at his sister, a look of surprise coming on his face, "You are not serious, right?" 

"Oh no. I am serious." She grinned at the boy. "I was kidnapped and too weak to even struggle. Honestly, I had hoped they would kill me but they didn't." 

"They instead, took me to this lavish house with a fountain inside the house. Can you imagine that, Ken? What is the point of a fountain inside the house??" 

Kenj remembered the time he wanted a chocolate fountain in his house and was actually thinking of asking her for it, if he had not died. 

"Yeah. Absolutely ridiculous." He said, not looking her in the eyes. "Why would a rich person kidnap you? Wait, don't tell me-" 

"Oh don't worry about it. He was absolutely harmless, old and dying." She said, grinning at the boy with a thumbs up. 

Is that … Is that a good thing though? Kenj thought, looking at the woman and just nodded in agreement. 

"What did he want then?"
