"This is the project acceptance document; the client has already signed off on it," Luo Wentao placed a document on the table, "Next year they have two new projects and have already discussed them with me; we'll go through the contracting process afterwards."

Manager Zhang was all smiles. With Luo Wentao as a golden signboard, projects naturally came in an endless stream, making his job as a manager worry-free.
