Chapter 149: First instance game

Lucien can't explain why of all instances he was always the one who get caught everytime. Three vines snaked into his side. His fast reflex let him pull out his Draw Spear from the space inventory.

He was able to cut them all down before they get to touch him... but, he always failed to see the trap.

The ground in his feet suddenly opened up. He tried to jump away but the slimy muddy substance present in the ground prevent him from escaping.

In the end, he had to rely on Aiden to save him.

It was the most embarrassing moment of his life. Aiden is a kid, Lucien is a grown up. But have you seen a grown up man being carried by a kid? And not just any carry, it's a bridal carry.

Lucien really wanted to bury his face to the dirt in shame. He really felt he was useless.
