Chapter 27: Twenty seven

    Eva slowly stood up , she had stopped laughing but there was pain and mockery in her eyes 

    She picked up her sword which had fallen off when she fell 

  When she looked at Shirmona, Jared stepped back 

    Shirmona start trembling but she raised her own sword 

    "All these while...all these time...it was me all along..." Eva whispered to her as she came closer and closer 

    Shirmona stepped back

  "Evy what are you...what are doing. Step back...stay away from me or...."

  Eva chuckled and she came forward again with a daring look 

    "Or what? You'll kill me"

  Then she laughed again

  Then she spread her hands 

  "Common then...kill me"

  Jared stepped forward and stood behind Eva

    "What are you doing"

    Eva turned side ways and said it loud enough for everyone to hear 

    "If I die...Shirmona dies. I've been her weakness all along"
