Chapter 207: Adorable Parasite

Marcella held Tony's hand and led him inside the doctor's office. She was not stressed seeing Tony's face. He was wind up with stress and both of them couldn't be stressed. She needed to comfort him. 

Seeing his tense side profile, her lips curved up. He was someone who could face any loss with grit and courage. He was the most rational person she knew and he rarely leaves way for his heart to rule his mind. 

This issue, however, involved her. Therefore, his rationality flew away leaving him a mess. 

Love is weird. It makes stupid out of the smartest people. 

"It'll be fine, honey,'' she whispered in his ear.

'Mrs. Crawford got it, I guess," the doctor smiled widely as he gestured for them to take their seat. 

Marcella didn't have a tiny clue as to what the doctor was saying and she smiled awkwardly. The reason for her happiness was entirely different but the doctor didn't have to know that.
