Chapter 17: Chapter 17 Always Cute

Caroline went to bed at 10:30 sharp. Surprisingly, she had sound sleep and woke up the next morning feeling refreshed.

Later, when she was washing up, she vaguely remembered that someone seemed to have entered her room the night before to help her adjust her sleeping position... As a matter of fact, it seemed to be Eddison!

"It can't be!" Caroline shook her head and muttered to herself, "I must have been too sensitive because of my pregnancy!"

She went downstairs at 7:30 in the morning but didn't see Eddison in the living room. Hence, she went straight to the dining hall. 

"Madam Zellweger, we'll have to wait for another three minutes before breakfast is ready," Beryl said.

Caroline noticed that there was already bread and milk on the table. It was just that they were not heated up yet. She quickly said, "You don't have to do so much work, I can just eat them like that."
