Chapter 669: Sanction

Katherine learned to trust her gut this time, so upon returning to Damien's side, she quietly observed the man named Harvey Larson. Damien kissed the side of her head, his arm naturally sliding around her waist, keeping her warm.

"It's nice to see you again. Katherine, is it?" Harvey asked from where he stood, his date shamelessly looking at Katherine with a judgmental stare.

Their class representative took the initiative to introduce Katherine to Harvey and the woman when Damien didn't. "This is Harvey Larson and Patricia Courtland."

Patricia lifted her chin, her hand curling around Harvey's arm possessively. She had pin-straight black hair, a thin body, and boobs the size of watermelons. Her posture was quite elegant and she donned a sparkly red cocktail dress. "His fiancée," she said proudly.

With an obviously fake smile, Katherine responded, "Good to know."
