The incoming call was from an unsaved number; Wyatt Wright answered, "Hello."

Rae couldn't hear what the other person said.

Wyatt Wright simply responded with a "Mhm" before hanging up and then told Rae, "I need to step out for a bit."

"Where to?"

"To meet a friend."

"Can't you take me with you?"

Wyatt Wright said, "It's not very convenient."

Rae guessed it might have something to do with Golden World.

"Will you be coming back tonight?"

"I will, but it might be quite late. Don't wait up for me."

"Mhm."

She would wait; she had many more questions.

"Don't go out to eat by yourself; I'll order dinner for you in a bit."
