Sukuna, who has grown extremely used to the feeling of Infinity tried an insane way to protect himself, by cutting the Infinity x Infinity sacrifice attack, he might be able to survive and escape.
A True Jujutsu Sorceror must know when and how to escape, it's not a cowardly thing, a true coward is one who retreats with no wish to win next time.
The sentence that came out of Gojo Satoru's mouth annoyed him to no end, but he had to give it the respect it deserves.
If these weakling and their paltry love was capable of pushing him to retreat, then the honor is to that. But, he will come back.
Stronger, better, and with an answer to that question.
However, he miscalculated. The attack wasn't simply bound by Jujutsu at this point, no this was affecting deeper into the world. The world around him distorts, and reality cracks, this wasn't Infinity anymore, this was just the world reacting incomprehensibly.
A 0.5 second decision, a 1 second action, and the result was a freak accident on a multiversal scale. He cheated death once by turning himself into a cursed object, this time, fueled with the want to survive, he ejected his spirit from his body and remained in a catatonic state, an invincible status but at the same time useless, a true purgatory.
Sukuna expected himself to be a wandering soul in the same world for quite a while, but he never expected to immediately be free in the next moment.
He gained consciousness from a state of semi-comatose, and saw himself in the body of a black haired Japanese boy.
Again.
It was a mere civilian, but he'll take it.
Just as he was to incarnate himself, something stopped him, or rather the host stopped him.
"Shit. Is it another one like that runt?" Sukuna cursed, feeling as if he just rant straight towards a wall.
Meanwhile, on the outside...
Ritsuka Fujimaru just felt like his heart wanted to pop out of his chest. But, crazier than that was that he was still in an incredibly hot place, he didn't know what happened but the only thing he knows was that he was going to die soon if nothing-
"Senpai?!" A pink haired girl with a huge shield called out.
Suddenly, it all came back, right, he just found out Mash became a servant, they met with the Director Olga Marie, and was about to try summoning a servant when all of a sudden this happened.
"Senpai, are you alright? You suddenly started grasping your chest in pain!" The girl, now confirmed to be Mash, asked as she knelt and tried to comfort him.
"Tch, you seriously can't even summon a servant without nearly dying?" Olga said with more worry towards him than any actual hate.
[This is odd, the signals show that a servant was indeed summoned, the mana was consumed, but... where is it?] The doctor, currently acting head of chaldea, Roman Archaman, added.
Unknown to all 4 that someone was listening from the inside, literally.
Sukuna, now sitting at his throne that he summoned for convenience, hummed at the information he was getting. He didn't need to hear much to deduce that wherever he was, wasn't the world he was familiar with. Like this host, the odd energy called mana was directly interrupting his want to incarnate, not directly, but as if a set of rules were in place and the mana was the conduit to realize it.
"Still, I assume the one they're referring to as a servant is me. Hmph, distasteful title aside, is the reason why I'm feeling an odd link to this host's arm a part of it?" Sukuna mused, he would have to listen in some more before deciding how to go through with the situation.
(I'm just going to put line breaks to denote when a pov shift is happening)

Ritsuka, who still feels something not right inside him, continued with the journey to figure out what's going on in this singularity as the rayshifts were being fixed, he was dead weight, not even capable of summoning extra help for Mash.
Well, him and Olga. At least he could run.
"Battle complete." Mash robotically said after disposing of more skeletons.
They slowed down their previous pace because of the sudden problems he was having, but still fast enough.
"Still, this place is just nothing but Skeletons... for a supposed area of a holy grail war, there's an awful lack of servants." Olga mused, looking around.
Ritsuka looked at Olga.
Olga tilted her head back.
"You did not just say that." Ritsuka, increasingly getting nervous, clarified.
To which Olga replied with "What did I say wrong? That it's weird we haven't encountered a servant yet?" accompanied by an annoyed hand on her hips.
"W-WHY DID YOU DOUBLE DOWN?!" Ritsuka reflexively replied.
"WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT?! AND, DON'T SPEAK TO YOUR SUPERIORS LIKE THAT!" Olga, still lacking in the knowledge of meta, replied back in anger.
To no one, but Olga's surprise, a knife flew right to where she was however Mash was quick enough to block it.
"Enemy Servant spotted, commencing battle!" Mash suddenly informed Ritsuka who could only nod.
"I-I didn't notice it, could it be an assassin class?" Olga surmised.
"You didn't notice the leyline, the jinx and now the attack? Maybe, you just suck at noticing things!" Ritsuka bit back, and was about to say more but stopped at the slightly terrified look Olga gave him.
"I-I... I'm sorry, I didn't mean to..." Ritsuka, seeing that fighting between allies was not needed at the moment, apologized, before quickly grabbing her and running to hide.
As Mash continued fighting, a sudden mistake led to assassin getting past her and to the fleeing useless pair, he was well aware that if you want to beat a servant, get to the master instead.
However, Mash didn't simply allow it and threw her shield, which was dodged but bought enough time for her to catch up.
And then it got worse when a chain started ringing nearby before a pain in her shoulder, by fault of a minor wound, struck.
"Update, there is now two hostile servants, please stay back as far as possi- SENPAI!" Mash, who wasn't able to finish her words, tried to quickly defend, but it was to no avail. She wasn't as fast as the new servant.
It sucked.
Sucked so much to see people die.
Mash could only feel her hope start to dwindle as instead of dodging, Ritsuka chose to cover for Olga, a heroic action that was moot at the end.
Olga would be forever traumatized to see a Human's head be ripped straight open by a servant's weapon, the blood, the disfigured face and most of all the guilt that he prioritized saving her over dodging.
Ritsuka... Ritsuka only awoke to hell. In the split second of death and life, he came face to face with a mirrored version of himself with weird tattoos and a light-colored kimono with a black edge, a black scarf, and black shoes.
"Well, well. This situation sure is familiar, not the first Japanese kid near death to talk to me like this, but I'll be frank. Do you want to win?" Sukuna, without need for fanfare asked the still confused Ritsuka.
"W-Who are you? Where is this?!" Ritsuka reeling from the phantom pain of having his head blow out, puked almost immediately as he said that.
"Weak guts. This is your soul, now currently my place to reside, I am the... soul you summoned when you attempted that thing from before. You see, I really owe you, you know? You saved my life, so now... I will save yours too, pretty fair deal doncha think?" Sukuna proposed, resting his face on his palms.
Ritsuka thought back to what was happening outside and quickly sprung to action.
"I-I accept! What do you need! Please, we need to help them!" Ritsuka agreed, promptly ignoring his guts, screaming at to take heed against this... malevolent thing.
"Right... just one thing, just allow me... some time to control your body, I promise I'll save them, and I'll beat your enemies." Sukuna proposed, not even bothering to hide his nefarious smile, because after all, desperate people have no right to be picky.
"... I... Uh..." Ritsuka clenched his teeth. 'Oh God, this is one of those shady deals...'
"I can hear your thoughts."
"Shit. Well, if you do, then you should know that you're really suspicious and I'm really desperate, but if you're going to cause them more harm than good, then you won't convince me either way! Unlike our Director, I know my literature!" Ritsuka, finally listening to his guts, said no.
Much to Sukuna's exasperation, seriously, he should take notes that if he can't forcefully incarnate himself in someone, they're bound to be an annoying golden heart of a fool, another Itadori... but just as gullible all the same.
"Fine. I won't harm them, and I'll allow you back control at any point you deem necessary, is that fine?" Sukuna added, bargaining was a skill of his.
"... Not just them, anyone I consider... important in a good way." Ritsuka bargained as well, his mother taught him well.
They both stared at each other.
'I take it back this kid got guts. Fine, I'll go the long way then, another Itadori it is...'
"Fine, I won't harm anyone you consider an ally or friend or family, and you can regain control anytime you say "Return", in turn I gain control of your body whenever you are incapable of controlling or you allow me to by saying "Give" is that fine?" Sukuna finalized, Ritsuka agreeing, due to how one-sided it seemed.
"Let's make a binding bow to it." Sukuna added and despite not having any idea what that meant, Ritsuka agreed.
From this point on, The Great King of Curses would be embroiled in a journey of saving Humanity, their history and eventually to destroy other civilization to survive.
This is an unlikely pairs Grand Order.
Fate/True Jujutsu begins here.
