Chapter 29: Daddy's girl Alaya! Part 1

There was nothing but void, then the biggest phenomenon happened to change it, the swirl, it was the manifestation and creation of the core of the Universe, a metaphysical plane free from the constant of time, Akhasic Records or Akhasa, it gave rise to the first universe, and for billions of years the universe continued growing up until the Earth came into being.
Along with its neighboring planets which became the Ultimate Ones, it formed the Solar system, it had a unique place in the entirety of existence as it was the only place where the Root was accessible, then came Gaia came into existence, a semi-sentient being whose only goal was to keep Planet alive.
At some point, Gaia gained a bit of power from Akasha creating Quantum Time-locks, and so began the Multiversal expansion, the timelines that were deemed successful by the world in which the world survives were kept while the timelines where the world gets destroyed were culled, and erased from existence.
Time started passing, and many new timelines were formed, later on, Adam and Eve were banished from the heavens a higher dimension made an entity called Yahweh who was born with the birth of the Akhasa, for him creation was something beautiful and he wanted the creation to remain dominant forever.
But with creation comes destruction, Yaweh's brother Azathoth was against this, he wanted creation to end and nothingness to return, in the end, both of them fought, at first the battle was even but with Azathoth's Eldritch creations called outer gods Yahweh started losing, finally he took a very big decision and decided to seal all the outer gods with Azathoth.
The catch was that he would himself have to act as the seal to seal off beings as powerful as Azathoth, even then it was risky, Azathoth wasn't the only threat to the end of creation, in fact, such threats were numerous, so he decided to use his remaining excess power to grant his children, Humanity a boon.
All the existing timelines except the one with humanity were culled by him, he changed the laws of creation making humans the only being to have the capability to get access to Root, even Gaia, Ultimate Ones, and Primordial Beings weren't an exception to this rule, he also changed the function of Quantum Time lock from culling the timelines were the world was destroyed to the culling of timelines where humanity fails.
Yahweh knew that his children humanity were capable of being both the savior and destroyer so by doing so he insured that not only humanity would become the pillar holding the creation and any danger from humanity would be destroyed as well, he knew it was selfish of him to do so and so he accepted his fate to become a seal for eternity.
In the end timelines expansion again began after the death of Adam and Eve, as the children of God they were also immune to time even when reduced to 3 Dimensional beings, thus they had no future, no past, and no present, they gave birth to humanity only to vanish forever with their death.
Humanity began with its existence but they were never meant to meet them again, a paradox in which the influence of Adam and Eve was there on the world, the fact they gave birth to humanity yet like they were never there in any timeline was formed, this was God's plan all along as by doing this he prevented any possibility of humanity's erasure.
As if Adam and Eve's existence was accessible to any other powerful being and they killed them, it would lead to the fall of all the timelines with humans, which will ultimately lead to undo of his actions, and Alaya was born from the consciousness of Humanity, another semi-sentient being and part of Gaia itself and took over Quantum Time lock and started performing the function set by God.
Timeline Divergence lead to two major timelines, one which gave birth to all the timelines we know, the fate prototype, and the other called Tsukihime, in many ways they were the same but at the same, they weren't, one of the biggest things that separated the essence of this two timelines was that some of their fundamental laws were different.

Time passed until the Humanity of the two major timelines expanded to the stars, it made Alaya a semi-sentient being to a powerful Higher Dimensional sentient being, even after birth Alaya's goal wasn't different, she was created by the collective will of humanity and their survival was her utmost priority.
Their survival meant her survival, scared of the prospect of death she decided to create a system that would help her preserve timelines other than two major ones to ensure her and Humanity's survivability, before this system almost every timeline diverged from the main had to be culled due to the destruction of humanity, only this two major timelines survived till the end of the Universe becoming permanent timelines.
But after the creation of this system everything changed, the system called Throne of Heroes where all the souls of famed heroes were stored and immortalized and acted as the defense of timelines from being destroyed, if any timeline was in a dire situation then servants would be randomly summoned equally to the level of threat to destroy the threat.
If servants won then the timeline will continue to exist if they lose then the timeline will be culled, it boosted the number of timelines that survived, normally it would have been enough but Alaya who had gained sentient wanted something more, she wanted entertainment, love, happiness.
Influenced by humans, she got desires as well, the desire for warmth, love, and happiness, but while desperate she wanted it from the being whom she can call equal, who really had a relationship so strong that he would never hurt her, again she was influenced by sins as pride, lust, greed as well.
In the end, it came down to the most primal feeling every human desire, love from their parents, since parents were those whose survival children depended upon, it was a primal instinct of every human, being to want love from their parents, as this was important for their survival.
Alaya knew who were parents were and she even tried to meet them, or get their souls but she only experienced failure, frustrated she decided to try another method to get entertainment, and that was Counter Guardians, she made it on the basis of the system of Gaia, and enslaved heroic spirits with a deal.
She forcefully made them work to her heart's content, their suffering, and actions provided relief and brought enjoyment to her, she continued living her life until one day something very serious happened.
"A new timeline?", she muttered with astonishment, a new timeline wasn't something new to her, there were several of them created and destroyed every moment but from the time period it rose was what surprised her, in every fate world Zelretch was supposed to kill Brunestad and then gain immortality somehow other than becoming a dead apostle or simply die a normal death.
But in this timeline existed no Brunestad, something new for her, she was excited to see how different it would lead to the supposed events, unfortunately, she was disappointed as not much different happened compared to the original and adjacent timelines, even there were differences it was nothing surprising as every timeline had some.
When the timeline reached a certain point she felt an aura that weirdly attracted her, primal instincts deep inside her reacted to that aura, and she felt warmth, happiness, and love stemming just from it, she checked on it to find it was coming from a man, she was further surprised when she found that man was free from shackles from many laws that bound the lower dimensional beings.
She started stalking him, and soon realized who he was,' Daddy! ', she thought looking at him completely obsessed, this aura was of Adam, someone whom she wanted to meet for octillions of years and who destroyed trillions of extra timelines in the process but met with failure. She couldn't believe that he was there, just in an offshoot timeline.
She wanted to descend and meet as soon as possible only to encounter a problem, Gaia for some reason was trying to summon her counter guardians in that world to destroy it, she was completely angered and decided to prevent it at all costs.
Her powers were special, they depended on the collective strength of all the humanity that has lived to a certain point in a timeline, thus in the two major timelines she was pretty much invincible but her powers weakened in other timelines incredulously, this was one of the cons she had as her existence depended on the survival of humanity.
Thus she descended on that world, taking full control over the semi-sentient Alaya of this timeline, which was an extension of her real body, and started fighting against Gaia, unfortunately, in this timeline, her powers were weaker than Gaia making her lose against her slowly, desperate without thinking twice she forcefully took the power of the extension of her on the nearby adjacent timelines.
(Author's Note: Please do note that Alaya doesn't know Mc has a system through which he can easily travel to another timeline, and the humanity of this timeline is overall weaker at least the modern magus compared to the other timelines, it was done deliberately by the Omniverse's Will to give Neo a safer timeline, to begin with)
Doing so erased Alaya of those timelines giving full power to Gaia, who summoned her Counter Guardians and destroyed those timelines, but she succeeded in saving Neo's timeline and erased Gaia from it entirely, finally in relief, she decided to meet with Neo, tell him how much she craved for his warmth, his love, and affection.
(Author's Note: The timelines that were erased are original Fate Zero, Fate Route Sakura and Fate Stay Night Route with a bunch of other timelines where Shirou dies)
But she was nervous to meet him and decided to hold off their meeting for some time, she wanted to find out what he liked and continued stalking him for some time and found that he was really good with small children thus decided to create a physical body of a small child for her to descend.
And finally, she was before him, her primal instincts, every part of her being was just feeling bliss by being around him, she gathered up her courage and said," Daddy!", her father shocked by her voice got defensive, and then looked around to find her, with a smile on her face she said," We finally meet Daddy".
