Adele was stunned and her back stiffened. She raised her head and saw Damon standing at the door, looking at her with a serious expression.

"What are you doing here?" Adele asked subconsciously.

Seeing the panic in the woman's eyes, Damon pursed his lips unhappily and said in a low voice, "I'm here to inspect work."

As he spoke, he did not care about Adele's expression. He strode forward and walked to the desk without any explanation.

His deep, dark eyes carried a bit of sharpness as he quickly swept past her desk. His gaze finally stopped at a folder at the corner of the right table.
