Chapter 91: Looking-glass

*Kiara's POV*

"A letter for you, your majesty."

My eyes and brows skidded.

"Another etter?"

The maid nodded quickly as the silver platter was pushed before me. I sensed a bit of strangness with some of the maids that served me.I didn't exactly blame them for the uncertainity of their reactions—I was half a werewolf, and Carlotta has literally started heading each and every sector of their work.

I gave an assuring smile as I took the letter off the plate.

She bowed and left me to it.

The first thing I noticed was a Whitman seal perched high over my name. I didn't know why it surprised me. Perhaps it was because I had been reading so many congratulatory notes from strangers these past few days.

I didn't expect to get any from my own family.

I tore it open and read the first line.

"My dearest Bella."
