"As I just explained, on the continent of Lithuania, there are seven prefectures, but there are also five regions. Namely: Eastern, Western, Northern, southern, and central. The two largest regions, eastern and central, have two countries, while the other three have one each," the lecturer said while pointing at the map posted on the wall. He then faced the class.
"Every country and region is governed by a single power or alliance. These powers are usually the most powerful in their respective regions. This does not mean each region is equal in power. The richest and most powerful regions are the Eastern and Central regions. The weakest is the Northern Region. While the Western Region is governed by a sect known as Scalet Garden or Bloody West Cult is the second weakest or fourth-strongest, as I like to say. Fun fact about the Western Region, it is the only region not ruled by a noble family."
