"What was that for?" Loraine scoffed right in time when they got back to Damian's hotel room. The incident earlier in the restaurant was nerve-wracking as well as thrilling. Hence, she was still mad at the fact that they could've been caught in action. 

Damian stifled a laugh as he walked bypassed the lady. Pressing the buttons on his phone, he wanted to know Tiffany was safe and sound along with her baby. All these days, weeks, and probably months, he has been with Loraine helped him to realize stuff. The possibility of him bearing no responsibility to the baby as chances were most likely the father was Lincoln.

A few moments later, the other line started to ring. Damian carefully sat on the couch. Eventually, Loraine decided to join him. Claiming a seat beside him as she low-key eavesdropped on the conversation.
