Chapter 86: Let's get married [2]

Loraine was in utter shock at what Damian have said which stand as a proposal in disguise. Her eyes blinked dramatically while staring at him who was standing not too close but not too far away from her. 

"Did you completely go insane?" She managed to word out without stuttering, shaking her head in the process. 

Damian hissed as he already expected this kind of reaction from her. Loraine can't be convinced that easily no matter who or what the circumstances were. Before she was but just that changed all of a sudden. They can hardly have a conversation without arguing over simple things. She would just keep on insisting and retaliating.

"Jokes on you," Damian walked a little bit closer to her until they were a few steps away, "I'm not," he said.

Loraine gave him the most stoic expression she can wear on her beautiful face. Her hands found their way to her hips as she tilted her head while looking at the man who then copied the same thing that she did.
