Chapter 43: A choice

Tiffany was beyond shock while looking at Lincoln. She can't take her eyes off of him as they stand there, in the doorway, staring at each other. 

"What are you doing here?" She asked, unaware of her eyebrows narrowing down at him. 

Lincoln hissed before stepping a foot forward which made her step back in return. He did not even bother to answer her question as he paved his way inside her unit. Expectant that she was all alone in the place, he hastily loosen up his tie.

When he took a turn toward the living room, his eyes squinted at what he saw. Damian was standing in the middle of the room while a lady is sitting on the balcony. His gaze shifted from the lady then back to Damian and all of a sudden he can feel the growing annoyance within him.

"Why are you here?" His voice was filled with irritation as he spoke.
