Emily's P.O.V
I got in the lemo quickly. "Finally", Matthew said. "Looks like he's following you", Matthew said looking outside. I looked outside and saw Cody laughing and talking to George. he just never gives up. I saw when George came in the lemo. "Thanks George", I said. "No prob", he said driving off. "So, you talked to him?", Matthew asked. I looked at him "Obviously", I said. "So, ta's where you were last night?", he asked. "Do I have to answer everything you ask me?", I asked. "Ah yea. I'm your big brother", he said. "And I'm your little sis, yea right", i said. "You know Matthew all you ever do as a big brother for me is make fun of me and invade in my personal life", I said. "So, you still love him?", he asked. I looked at him. "Will you stop with the questions already?", I asked.
Shelly's P.O.V
I was in mom's room speaking with her. "Everything alright with me and Alex", I said. "And the kids?",she asked. "They're fine too; Amanda had a asthma attack the other day, but she's alright now", I said. "Good", she said . "Is there anything else you want to ask me?", I asked. "Not really", she said catching up her hair in the mirror. "Ok, I have one for you", I said getting up off the bed. "I'm listening", she said. "When are you going to tell Emily mom?", I asked. She got up looking at me. "What did I tell you Shelly?. I told you not to bring up this topic", she said. "For God's sake mom, she's eighteen now!", I shouted. She looked at me frightened. "I'm sorry", I said. She looked at me. "It's not for you to bother Shelly, I'll tell her when the time is right", she said walking out of the room calmly. I sat down on her bed thinking. Em's gonna hate us for this. "We're home!", I heard Matthew shouted. I got up and headed downstairs.
Emily's P.O.V
I walked in he house dropping myself in the couch. "We're home!", Matthew shouted. "No one wants to know that you're home stupid", I said. "Aye, little sis, today's Friday, be happy", he said turning on the TV and sitting beside me. "Hey guys",, I heard someone say. I turned around looking at the person. Oh Shelly. "Hey big sis", Matthew said. She looked at me worried. "What's with the face?", I asked. "Nothing, how was school?", she asked. "IT was.....nice", she said. "We're going out for dinner tonight says mom", she said. "I'm not coming", I said. "You have to", she said. "No, i don't", I said watching the television. "It's just dinner Em", Shelly said. "Dinner with mom and dad; the two persons who hate me in this world?. No Shel, I don't think so", I said getting up and walking in the kitchen. I met up into mom.She looked at me surprised. "We need to talk Emily", she said. "About what exactly?", I asked. "Your father and I are taking you to dinner", she said. "Me, a lone?", Ia asked "Yes, now go and get ready, we leave at 7.", she said walking off. I turned around looking at Shelly. She turned away from me. I went up to my room and get ready. I had put on a white short dress with a white shoes; my hair let loose in curls. I grabbed my purse. In quick time; it was 7:00. I made my way downstairs finding mom and dad side by side waiting for me. "That dress...", dad said. "Let' it be Conroy", mom said stopping him. "let's go ", mom said. I followed behind them.
