Chapter 107: Reality

In the dark part of Red Feather City, where there was none, the unequal battle had been going on for some time. 

Andre continued to use darts, gradually making Zayne weaker and reducing his health with poison and light attacks.

'This is bad...' Zayne muttered as he blocked another of Andre's blows, 'He's keeping me from getting close to her... and soon my health will drop below half... Damn, if I had my sword I would have won long ago.'

Whooooooooooooosh.

Andre swung his daggers as Zayne threw his head back at the last moment, missing the attack, but Andre's foot instantly collapsed on his jaw, knocking him back.

Crackle.

Zayne fell on the empty wooden barrels, shattering them under the weight of his body and sinking into a cloud of dust.
