"Ava, you need to apologize to Mr. Martinez right now! Mr. Martinez, I am terribly sorry. Miss Sterling can be a bit hot-tempered. Please, bear with her. Can we consider today's incident closed? I'll bring her to personally apologize to you another day, would that be alright?"
