Chapter 260: Conflict

"I've already posted the job ads," Ava replied without looking up. Zoe nodded, once again grateful that Ava was back, sparing her from having to think too much.

At that moment, Ava massaged her sore neck. After not working for so long, she was surprised at how taxing the day had been on her body. As she stretched her shoulders, she glanced at Thomas, who was diligently studying. Seeing his effort brought her some comfort, but she also thought about creating more opportunities for him to gain practical experience.

While Ava was deep in thought, Zoe struck up a conversation with Thomas. "Thomas, Ava said we're hiring some new people. You should join me for the interviews."

Thomas looked up and flashed a big smile at Zoe, showing his perfect white teeth. "Sure."

"So, do you prefer more girls in the studio or more handsome guys? Handsome guys would be nice since I'm still single," Zoe said dreamily, gazing out the window.
