"Why are you staring at me like that, my lady? Are you saying I wasn't enough just now...?"

Ava quickly covered Nathan's mouth, not wanting to hear another word from him. Her face was flushed as she glared at him. "Don't say anything!"

Nathan kissed her palm, and Ava, as if shocked by electricity, pulled her hand back. Seeing her shy expression, Nathan was in a great mood.

"Since my Ava has spoken, I won't mention it again."

Just then, Ava's stomach growled loudly. Nathan raised an eyebrow and looked at her. Ava tried to remain composed, but the sound made her blush even more, and she looked at Nathan with a hint of resentment.

"It's all your fault. I didn't even have dinner."

Nathan chuckled and affectionately ruffled Ava's hair. "Alright, it's my fault. Let's get you something to eat."
