Chapter 87: A mixed Bath? (R-18)

"Wait!" I shouted as Kale was about to vanish, causing him to freeze in place and turn back to me with a curious expression.

"What happened now?" he asked, his skeletal form still and attentive.

"First, clear all of your mess," I instructed, gesturing towards the frozen figures of my companions, visitors, and guards scattered throughout the museum.

Kale's empty eye sockets widened in realization. "Oops, looks like I forgot," he admitted sheepishly.

He began to chant a spell, the words too low for me to hear clearly. After a few moments, he spoke again, "So, be ready, my friend. Everything will be back to normal within 10 seconds."

And with that, he vanished into thin air, leaving me alone in the frozen museum.

After he disappeared, I suddenly remembered something important.
